the food is good, depending on when you can get there, when you see the food you want with just a small portion left, you know its been there a while since no one else is wanting to touch it either. they wont refill it until they are ready, so you have to either wait for a while or go with something else. so it all depends on when you go. when the food is freshly cooked, it is excellent.the staff have to deal with many undecisive customers all the time so it is not their fault for long lines, and long waits.they do however like to charge more for the drinks, and even charge for an extra cup. they dont do free refills.they do give decent portion of food though regardless of what others may say.Parking: located at the greenville mall, so plenty of parking.

I had some small waffle bites that I bought from the middle of the mall for my 3 year old son, me and my family sat down in the food court area. My son was eating his waffle bites but eventually drop his fork by mistake, I ask an older Asian woman that was working behind the counter for a plastic fork and she denied me a fork, she was just staring at the waffle in my hand, my instincts kick in and was telling me she basically denied me the fork because I didn’t buy from her restaurant, this is my favorite go to restaurant in the mall but after this incident I would never buy from them again, I got racist vibes and I am a Black Man, just enjoying time with his family in the mall, I didn’t ask for that negativity vibe, I pray for her that God will heal her heart one day. But I will never buy from them again.

I've been eating here over 20 years. Decided to stop coming about 1 year ago because the fried options were basically just breader at that point. Tired again today and the prices are way up and the food quantity/quality are way down. Don't even go here if you are actually hungry. Go to Speedy Wok instead. Your welcome ?

China max...should be China minimum now.We always enjoyed the food for take out with large plates.Now the trays are half the size and up on price by a dollar.Its funny how usually a new manager is going to make a business more money.Now it looks like someone has ruined a great eatery.We want be back again for those microplates.
I like to come here when I’m in town looking for Asian food I think it’s the large selection that does it for me but they have become lazy when cutting up the chicken leaving lots of cartilage and grizzle in your food other than that the servings are large and the price is fair.

I got there at 10:30 was we open at 11:00 so I waited till 11:10 am to place my order as they were not even halfway ready to serve customers then was what I wanted wasn’t even ready so I was basically told to wait in when I was first in line. And their were at least 4 to 5 other customers behind me. This is totally unprofessional. Your food is great learn to open on time with all options. I wanted your food cause it’s good. But running a restaurant is more than just good food. I’m highly upset with your service today!!!!!! Ohhhhhh and I’m forced to give you one star too post my review fix that too you deserve no star for today at all!!!!

Decided to come here because I loved the Jacksonville location. Noodles were great and I had no problems with pay, but upon biting into my chicken, I had bit into bones and cartilage. This NEVER happened to me at the Jacksonville Mall location. Ever. Hours later and I've been on the toilet for hours, am incredibly nauseous, and suffering a breakthrough fever. Thanks so much for that! Can't wait to spend my three day weekend off school sick -_-
