I come here from time to time, there isnt really a big selection to choose from compared to other places in pitt county, but they do mix it up for you and add things in it for you with more choices than other places.the service is a bit bland, but its what you can expect of most places around greenville. the seating is very close to the order liine and people have to exit the line and bump into you where you sit, so its hard to stay there and eat expecially for a big person like me. its easier to order and go.Parking: the parking lot is shared by many other businesses, and the parking is in a weird place because there is also a drive through into starbucks mixed in the parking lot, so if you arent from here it can be weird and confusing.

Smells great and very clean but there was a worker that had alot of scabs on her face and she touched her face and i didnt want her to make my icecream considering they do not use gloves... thats insane so i let the person behind me fo and git another person ??♀️

Soo.. my boyfriend got me a cake for my bday from the freezer with pre made cakes. I had the same cake before at a work celebration and was excited for it. Cut into it and it was missing the main mix in (oreos) which kinda made the cake. Called the next day and manager was super understanding and i got to pick up a new cake that day from the freezer. Customer service 10/10. Buttt.. when i got the new one from the freezer it was CAKED in ice, either a freezer issue or it was old. Tasted old or not kept at correct temp where it thawed/unthawed. I think the original cake i got was better than the new one i picked up.And even before this i had got the cupcakes and the flavors were mixed up in the variety pack… need to train staff better or not let the new ones make speciality cakes.

The icecream is great but it's always slow and it gets overcrowded very quickly because it is a very small space. People love to eat inside at the few tables that are smashed against the back wall which makes the space look and feel even more cramped. There are tables right outside the entrance where people also like to congregate which also adds to the problematic feeling of crowding. There is no good time to go, people constantly come and go. When you go be patient and be ready for a wait. The way they check people out is also weird. When the line is long a single person could get their icecream before all the members of a group of 3 in front of them but nobody skips them to the front of the line to pay and get them out the store. You just stand there and wait and eat your icecream or watch it melt until it's your turn to pay.

The employees here are so rude and disrespectful. I’m coming to get ice cream and that’s it I don’t understand why the employee is rolling there eyes at me and having a attitude and talking to other employees complaining saying they are going to leave. The place is disgusting and the main girls working there need to be fired because of how rude they are.

This is the worst cold stone location. Every time I get ice cream from here I order online and they never once had it ready. One time I even gave them an hour and when I came still wasn't ready. Don't except your ice cream to be ready for you if you order online. They won't make it till you're there and have to ask for it and yet still have to wait for them to help other customers before you. The ice cream is the only reason I come here but they like to mess that up too. Last time I came they forgot to add my extra add in that I payed an extra dollar for and this time they forgot a different main add in that is supposed to come with the ice cream creation. I love cold stone ice cream so it really disappoints me that I keep having bad experiences every single time I come here.

I tried to use my gift card after and they simply just told me "Yeah, these cards don't work. We don't know why." I was a little dumb founded. I asked about purchasing the 2 quarts of ice cream through the website instead with the gift card or if that was possible. I asked if it was even possible to order online like that. They were at a complete loss and said they didn't know if you could order online. You can btw. I ended up paying 23 dollars for 2 quarts of ice cream and not using the gift card. I won't be back anytime soon. Someone who knows about their products and prices should be working each shift, especially on a Friday evening.

One of the worst places i’ve seen. I’ve known multiple people who worked there who had to quit because they were over worked and under paid. Including being forced to work on certain holidays without extra pay. The store is disgusting, i’ve seen bugs on the floor almost every time I’ve come in. Overall, this place deserves to go out of business.
