Food was great except the chicken quesadillas. There was NO chicken! Just minor shreds of what I think were chicken. I'll eat there any time but won't be ordering that again.

Employees working the window had absolutely NO personality! They literally just handed out the food without any communication. Identifying which shakes were which flavor would have been helpful or maybe a "Thank you or Have a good evening " would have been appreciated!Oh, then we had to circle back in line because they gave us the wrong food order. They just asked for the wrong food and gave us the correct order. Again with no communication just blank stares and hand movements!This location needs some major customer service training!Food and shakes were good once corrected!

My meal is usually good but when I order a double side of cheese curds, they only give me one serving instead of two.
Very rude when I was telling an employee my order was wrong. I was being nice about the situation, but she was not liking that she had to fix my order. The speaker is very hard to hear through so I understand if she misheard me, that’s why I wasn’t being angry about the situation after I already paid. I thought she heard everything right because she was rushing me through my order. She never said anything rude to me but she sure let me know she was annoyed by the looks she would give me.

This reminds me of a ghetto'd Bodega in Brooklyn but in the corner where noone goes but rats. (Staff at night) not sure about day staff. I ordered for the first time service was absolutely terrible. Woman at drive through clearly wasn't taking my order, messed up my order twice and the customer behind me. Inside they wasn't wearing gloves when making food. Everyone telling me cookout is fire but this location doesn't do it. It is gross. Look at other reviews and you can see I ain't lying. I'm from NY and I appreciate good food spots. When it's trash and only rats will eat there, I'm telling you do NOT unless you are sauced up at 3am and just stupid hungry. Ate 1 time there and never wanted to eat there again. They need better staff or something sheesh.
