Ordered a cake from here and picked up yesterday at 6:30pm. Cake tasted like soap and had to get rid of. We also were charged more than the cost I was emailed after ordering online.

I’ve been a paying customer of this Dairy Queen until tonight. The past couple times the staff has been extremely rude (even though we were the only car in the drive thru), they made us feel rushed and clearly had no idea how to provide mediocre (at best) costumer service.I ordered a simple twist cone with sprinkles and was given a sloppy cone of some sort. I asked nicely if they could make it again and was treated like I was the biggest inconvenience (keep in mind we were the only ones in the drive thru). Very disappointed and after all these years of going there as my place for a later-ish sweet snack I will not be going back.

Awful, smelly inside like a bathroom. Shakes too sweet, sweet tea isn't sweet at all. Everything tastes distinctly oily. Fries had that old oil taste and I tasted the whipped cream on my shake only to have an oily film left on my mouth. I got a 2pc chicken meal and the chicken, while lacking flavor was edible at least. I know why I hardly see people going here now.

If you go here expect to wait at least 10 minutes for your ice cream. Every single time they say it is going to be a wait for ice cream to be ready. As in making the actual ice cream not your ordered items.

Frequent long waits (25-30 minutes) in drive thru after ordering only ice cream. Due to the long waits and long line of customers, staff have repeatedly been confused about which vehicle ordered what. Order is often wrong in one way or another. I’d avoid this particular location.

Ice cream still good.The customer service was good. Like everything else prices are steep and product is low.They need to replace the roof because it was raining that night we went and roof was leaking in 2 places that i seen. They had buckets to catch the water

The lady working the the drive thru was very rude! After ordering our food, giving her our credit card and then receiving our food, my husband told her thank you multiple times to which she never responded back! Then to make matters worse, I called and spoke with the manager in regards to her rudeness and he defended her and made excuses why she possibly didn't respond! Won't be going back to this DQ!! What ever happen to people having respect for others?
