Historically, my family has not been a fan of Dominos. Recently we gave them a try again, and it was incredible. We placed to subsequent orders from this location and both were 5 stars. However, tonight we placed an order for a Large, hand-tossed, pizza with cheese, pepperoni, and shredded Parmesan asiago cheese. Sadly, when we received our pizza via contactless delivery, the pizza was warm at best, has minimal sauce, and barely any cheese. The crust was definitely not comparable to any hand-tossed pizza I've ever had. It most most comparable to a thin crust pizza. When I called the store to express my concerns, I was put on hold for over 8 minutes. When the associate came on the phone and I told her of the quality issues with my pizza, she said "what would you like us to do"? To this I replied that I would like a refund or a replacement pizza delivered. She stated that she would write down my order number and give it to her manager, and make him aware of the issues and my request for a replacement or refund. I am very disappointed with the quality of the pizza and the customer service I received. We will give this location another try in the future, but I do hope I will not have a similar experience.

I went in to place my order & was ignored. A female employee had her back to me while on her phone & another was facing me on his phone. There were people in an office talking & another man came from the office & started playing with the females cap. No one ever asked if I needed help. I left Domino's.

I order from this Domino's all the time but I will never again now the man that answered the phone was so incredibly rude and then when I called to let them know that my sandwich was made in correctly and I was never told there was mushrooms on that sandwich the rude man ended up calling me back to tell me that he did tell me that was on the sandwich but since I want to say he didn't I need to return that sandwich with the same attitude he had when I called the first time whoever is in charge and had him do that is as equally to blame I feel for the ignorance behind their staff by the way I'm extremely allergic to mushrooms and extremely careful anytime I order any food to make sure there's none involved in with what I'm eating

I just ordered from there. I ordered a custom pizza, and it was perfect. A great experience. Justin, the delivery driver, even called and made sure where to drop it off.

Dominoes used to be the only place I bought pizza. A friend brought me a pizza about a month ago. It was very good. I went to Dominoes and got the pizza. It was good.

I’ll never go to this domino’s again. There was a couple from out of town who just wanted their wings double baked. The guy Jason refused because “their system won’t allow them to do that” he was so rude to this couple. The manager Charles was no help and a joke as well. Their customer service is horrible. Run

This particular location routinely messes up my order. My son is ALLERGIC to cheese. I order online so there’s no miscommunication. Every time I get here to pick it up, there’s cheese on it. So tonight I asked how can we solve this. The guy says there’s basically no way to solve it since their screen turns red with any changes. So basically they don’t read the screen. He said every time I order I will run the risk of having the pizza made incorrectly. I order two pizzas at least. When they remake the one without cheese, they do not offer to remake the others so they are all fresh. It’s so annoying, and then to top it off, this guy gave me the most nonchalant, silly answer instead of a solution. What is the point of the order screen if they can’t read them?

I love how fast my orders are ready every time I order, it's ready in 20 min or less for pick up. Always have friendly staff greet me when I arrive. Never had an incorrect order. They offer great suggestions for add-ons and remind me of current promos every time I place my order with them. Love this place and appreciate the great customer service.

pizza is bad but the customer service is much much worse same with the drivers they don't know where they are going.
