I like this Dunkin location better than all the locations in Greenville NC. Every time I order through the drive thru the cashiers (male and female ) are courteous, professional, get my order correct and greet me with the nicest smiles! They then say “Thank you we’ll see you tomorrow! “. I think that is so nice and makes me want to come back tomorrow even if I can’t. I can’t say enough how much I enjoy this location and come here every chance I get, even if I pass another one on my drive.

This is my favorite Dunkin' I've ever been to, and I'm glad it's local for me. I come here regularly. They make the BEST latte I've ever had. I know it's supposed to be the same everywhere, but they just do it better somehow.The staff is always so kind, and it makes the experience so much better. They always make sure to greet me or say "Have a nice day" or "See you tomorrow".It's so nice inside the restaurant. I've sent pictures to friends of how cute they have it decorated each season.The parking lot/drive-thru experience is such a breeze as well.

Great drinks, but I didn’t press anything of light ice or less of anything I actually added extra stuff just so I could have a full cup and I still ended up getting not getting a full cup and when I asked for just a topping of milk she put a spit in it. No need for the negative energy just cause you made the coffee.

I live close to another location that I could walk to but prefer to drive to this one. It’s clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. My iced coffee is always fixed fast and to perfection. The young lady that was working this afternoon was the sweetest, I wish we would have gotten her name. Don’t know why the reviews are so low for this location. If you only went once I would consider giving them another try.
