When they first opened, they were great. Now something has changed. I ordered a Carmel Craz latte, and it tatse like it black coffee with a dab of cream. Also, I ordered a doughnut, but as you can tell from the picture, either it's old or overcooked. It was hard to break a piece off.

I do not typically give reviews. However, as a manager down the street from this location, I do read reviews as I find them informative, specifically when it comes to my work. All this to say that I do not see this establishment responding to any reviews or apologizing for their behavior, which is apparent because every negative review regarding customer service at this Dunkin location is entirely true. It's not a case of "the customer is always right", the employees are truly, truly terrible, and who I assume to be the manager, is not any better. They all act like they do not want to be there, they constantly have attitudes, have zero energy (walk in one day and see how they complete your order from start to finish, it's like watching the DMV scene from Zootopia), and these are not teenagers at their first job, they all look to be in their middle to late 20s. I've thought about posting a review for years, but never have because I always hoped that it was just an off day for some of the employees, but I don't think you can have an off day every day.

Experiences at this location are hardly great experiences. Ordered iced coffee that tasted burnt and ordered bagel minis that were burnt and hard. I only go to this location as a last resort of convenience.

If I could give negative stars- I would. The rudest, incompetent group of so called employees I’ve ever seen. Featuring a crackhead toothless manager that’s combative for no reason. I approached her with a smile, she approached me ready to fight lmao. Honestly a joke of an establishment.
