My wife and I went to the counter to order at a time when there were no others ordering. We ordered two toasted bagels and two lattes. The cashiers said they would bring our order. We waited awhile, but no one came. I went back to the counter and the lattes were sitting there, but not the bagels. I asked the person preparing the orders where were our bagels. She said, "Oh, yeah." I waited while she prepared the bagels and she handed me a paper bag with my food order. I returned to my table. Opening the bag, I found the toasted bagel, a little container of what was said to be butter on the menu and a container of creme cheese. There was also a napkin and a plastic knife. I tasted the 'butter," but it wasn't real butter. It was margarine. The creme cheese was OK. The bagel was fresh. I tasted the latte and found it to be very weak, almost flavorless. The atmosphere is comfortable, the food and coffee need improvement, and the service is not good at all. My wife and I will not be returning there.

This coffeehouse has the best chai latte I've ever had. It is so amazing and the ambiance when you walk inside is so inviting! I love to sit and do some work while I have some tea and bagel.

Better than starbucks. Prices are a dollar or so cheaper. There's so controversy and it's local. The drinks were soo good 10/10 i would recommend coming here. Upon entry the lobby is soo beautifully decorated with pretty browns, there's couches and arm chairs to ensure comfort. The cashier recommended some good drinks, since this was my first time coming with my girlfriend. I love this café, I will become a regular here. It is soo peaceful.

The young lady who waited on me in the drive-thru was exceptional. I couldn’t remember the name of the coffee I wanted (Toffee Nut Crunch). She was patient and actually knew what coffee I wanted. She asked if I wanted it with all the toppings and I sure did!!It was delicious and wish I had gotten the larger size (next time).Bagel was toasted perfectly and I decided to add a Brownie at the last minute (AMAZING)Thank you again for Excellent Customer Service! Can’t wait to go back!!!!

I stopped in for coffee, just hot coffee. No flavors, just your standard plain coffee. Prices seemed very reasonable - $2.75 for a large? Great! As I was checking out I realized I was being charged for the cream and sugar I confirmed I wanted. I don't think I've ever been charged for those before, ever... and it isn't noted on the sign. So my $2.75 turned into $4. Coffee was pretty good, but if I can make a suggestion, please note CLEARLY on your signage that you charge extra for sugar and cream/milk. Thanks!

Found the place to park myself and do some work calls while I'm here at Greenville for errands, appointment etc. Coffee was excellent and bagels are soft and chewy. Just the way I like it. Note, I didn't see sandwiches or lunch items. Just bagels and pastry.Plenty of areas to find your little corner including a small room where it's almost private to work/study. Make sure to bring headphones if you're making calls especially when the place starts hopping around 9a.

Maybe they have an order ahead system I’m in unaware of. If they do that’s the way to go if you want this to be your morning coffee spot.
