I don't understand why pork has to be an ingredient in 95% of every item. They used to have a list above each food telling you what each item is and if it contains pork where now half of the foods listed does not even say pork is in it.Can there even be considered putting a "No Pork" section on one side of the serving bar?
Food was either undercooked or overcooked. Chicken had red inside (undercooked) scallop potatoes are hard (undercooked) fish was mushy (overcooked). The salad bar was nice, and the soup bar was set up nicely. The bathroom was rather disgusting with paper all over the floor, and toilets not flushed. Brought it to the attention of staff who complained about cleaning up the bathroom. The table service was great. The lady kept her section clear and clean.
