False Advertising. Ordered the chicken salad sandwich for take out, specifically because it was described as being served on a croissant. The mediocre tasting chicken salad I was given came on white bread hamburger bun.

The Ham classic that both me and my dad go were bare. I mean, just ham on a hamburger bun. No mustard, cheese, or anything. We basically had a slider. There was 1 person working the whole store. And if you called in your order, you could not even go to the pick-up counter. She turned you away, so the line was out the door. The chairs were all taken up, so you couldn't sit down anywhere. Was just an uncomfortable experience. The sandwiches were not worth the money we spent, disappointed.Parking: Small parking lot. Very busy area

This is the 2nd year in a row I've waited in line for over 2 hours for a pre-paid ham with a reservation time. I won't be doing it again! This is an obvious management problem as last year only 2 people were working and the line was wrapped around the building. No lessons learned apparently - only 1 employee this year, so please don't comment on this post saying we should expect to wait in a 2+ hour line. Especially when there were elderly people having to stand for that long. It's unacceptable. This is the last year I buy a ham from here and I've been a customer for many years. I hope management reads these posts and makes improvements before Christmas.

I was scheduled to pick up my Thanksgiving turkey at 3pm. I came at 2:30pm and the line was so backed up I came back at 3:00pm. I have been in line over 20 minutes and it has not moved. There are 30 plus people in front of me, people in the store and people behind me. There is ONE employee working inside. I placed this order weeks ago. I have tried contacting the store manager to no avail.

Absolutely ridiculous how long I had to wait in line for a order that was pre-paid for and had a reservation time to pick up. This restaurant is poorly managed and ran. They only have 1 person running the register. At least 75 people in a long line at all times today. Extremely sad that the owner can not plan better for one of his busiest times of the year. Not sure I will ever step foot back into this establishment again. The owner/manager should be ashamed

My pick up time was 3:00pm. This line is 30 plus people deep outside of the store. People in the store as well. ONE employee working inside. Been in line almost 40 minutes at this point. My one and only time ordering a turkey from The Honey Baked Ham Company. This poor employee!! This must be SO stressful for her. I wouldn't shop here again just because of how they treat their employees!!!!

I placed an online order about a month ago and today was my pickup day. When I arrived at the store there were about 30 people lined up at the door and probably about 10 lined up inside. There was ONE employee working. She was going as fast as she could and somehow managed to remain pleasant to everyone. Kudos to her, she was working in horrible circumstances when everybody is stressed out around the holidays. She was keeping it together and smiling at everybody who approached the counter. She deserves five stars but due to the lack of staffing I'm only giving three because this was not acceptable. A manager should have stepped up to help at the very least.

HORRIBLE professionalism by Marlaina her customer service was bad. Went to get a ham she did not want to try to help and proceeded to go back and forth with an attitude because I had a printed coupon to redeem a free ham. She did not want to provide any assistance to redeem thru email nor the printed copy. 15 mins after this interaction she said well I don’t have the ham any way. She would not provide a corporate contact and stated if I call they’re not gonna do anything but route the call back to her. SOMEONE OR THE OWNER NEEDS TO REEVALUATE WHOM THEY HAVE RUNNING THEIR ESTABLISHMENTS.

Something has changed about this business. Atmosphere not inviting. I purchased 7 sandwiches and my family kept telling me something tasted disgusting about them and just not right. One daughter who already had consumed 1/2 flipped the other 1/2 over to find mold. Green, fuzzy mold. The problem is that when I called to tell the store they seemed to not care at all. I just wanted ti make sure they inspected the others so it would not happen again. She stated they rotate out every 2 days. Well the batch they sold me must have been lost in that process.

Terrible professionalism. I ordered 24 hours in advance for a meeting using grub hub bc they have a profile on there. The morning of, they called Grub hub and cancelled saying they could not fill the order. I called the restaurant and asked why my order was cancelled and they gave no reason. They are one of those restaurants that keeps a Grub a hub account in case things get slow but want to cancel orders to avoid paying the fees to Grub Hub when things are going well - which leaves customers that don’t know not to use them out of luck at the last minute. That plus the other recent one star reviews here tells you everything you need to know.
