I don't do reviews on any restaurant but this experience needs to be reviewed. Me and my husband went to ihop around 1130 the waiter was amazing, our food was cold and the whole time the staff was talking bad to the customers and other employees.

Came in hungry at 10:30 at night, got greeted and sat down. ordered food right off the bat, i ordered a dr pepper float, then my server came back to me and said he didn’t know how to make it. Was waiting for my food for over 30 min, keep in mind. there’s barely anyone in the building eating. It’sme and my husband and then another couple.

Worst IHOP experience in my life. I go to IHOP every now and then. Never faced this experience. People please check your bill before paying they would charge you for something you didn’t get. HAD TO LOOK FOR SERVER TO PLACE MY ORDER and FELT LIKE HE IS DOING ME A FAVOR!!!!I would request corporate level to pay a surprise visit at night and find out themselves.

I always come here with others, and each time we come it doesnt matter if there are many people here, or few people- our server is typically slow. we like the food, but the service is too slow. I am always finished with my drink and constantly waiting for more, and i typically have to wave down our server from somewhere. The last time we went, i was watching our server so i can flag them down, they stayed in the cook area the whole time and wouldnt come out, so i had to get up myself to get the drink. it wasent until i got to the machine that they saw me and came out.the atmosphere is not that great but also nothing to really complain about except for the seating, its not big enough for larger people in groups. im a fat guy, so i already take up alot of space, its a big deal for me not to have to squish people into the seats beside me.even though the servers are slow or abducted by aliens, they are still nice people, thats the only reason we do come back because they are nice and the food is good for us.

Took 5 minutes to be seated, sat a tiny dingy corner, and told the waitress would be right with us. Waited another 5 minutes to just have our drink order taken, not even by our waitress. Then we're handed unwrapped straws, definitely we're not going to be using those. Finally met our waitress after another 15 minutes amd see seemed super stressed so I couldn't blame her too much. Took our order and food came out relatively quick. Were then handed very cloudly silverware and asked for a replacement and it seemed to irritate them. Then the final icing om the cake, my girlfriend found a hair in her food. Which again seemed to irritate them that we brought up. Will not be back.

The restaurant was quiet after a dinner rush. Many of the tables had dirty dishes on them which made it difficult to find a table. The waitress was friendly and professional. Our food came out quickly and was prepared to our requests. Double Blueberry pancakes with blueberry syrup and piled with fresh blueberries on top and country ham. And a t-bone med well. It tasted great. Love coming here in the evening after the dinner rush.Parking: The restaurant is in a shopping center with plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp at the entrance of the restaurant

Where do I start today is march 3rd 2024. I brought my family out to eat, which was a horrible experience. We had a party of 6, and everyone's food came out at different times. My daughter food was cold, and they forgot part of my daughter's order. Then my son ordered a omelet with a Belgian waffle, the waitress brings out his omelette then 45 minutes later the waitress tells us the cooks are arguing and fighting in the back that's why we're still waiting for the rest of our order. So I speak to the manager to inform him what's going on. He gets nasty, and rude. They differently don't have good customer service, and I never plan on bringing my family back period. If I could have gave zero stars that's what I would have posted.
