My first time in there today and the girl’s attitude was terrible so I didnt get a chance to try them. Instead of her helping me order she told me to go read. I was already having a not so good day and she just made it worst. Instead of cursing her out I just walked out. Greenville NC location…you need to retrain these privileged co-workers. Shes lucky I had my son with me. I need corporates number.

The customer service was not impressed with the cashier it was not friendly and it felt like she was not there.
I don't know what's going on with this place last time I went they were only taking mobile orders. I waited 20 mins after ordering online 10 mins before walking in. I swear everyone that works here is stoned. Cookies were cold when I got them back to the car.
So, I have been craving insomnia cookies so I decided to order delivery, I called, specifically asked if they delivered to my address in Winterville (because I WILL NOT use Door Dash ever because of all the mishaps we've had with them) they said yes, we do. I spent 29 bucks to receive a text saying my cookies had been dropped off. I go to my front porch nothing is there so I called them back, the female that answered said she sent door dash to deliver it and i needed to call them, I lost it...I didn't order through door dash. So now I have spent 29 bucks on cookies that I never received, INSANE!
Just a few minutes ago, I stood in line for 25 minutes, just to be told that the 15 people that came in after me, would get their order before me, if she could get to me at all, because they ordered on line.....and "maybe" she could see what she could do to get to my order. I walked out. I'm so done with this establishment..... I felt so unimportant. You probably feel that you have so much business that what I'm saying probably doesn't matter to you. But you do what you did to me tonight to enough people and you start losing business, you will.

Came in to order cookies and the person taking my order never looked up from his phone once. We asked to get snickerdoodle cookies, he said they had none, we asked to get double chocolate chunk, he said they had none. All while never looking from his phone. It was only like 9pm. Not sure who's hired this kid but yall have got to do better. Me personally I would NEVER be on my phone while taking someone's order just out of respect and it's clear that young man had ZERO respect for customers. Definitely need to reevaluate who you all are hiring. SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. Ended up getting no cookies because he didn't care to tell us what cookies he had "left".
