This was my first experience at Jersey Mike’s at first glance I thought this little sandwich. I purchased ( regular turkey w/ American cheese, LTO and jalapeño peppers with mayo oil and oregano on a Rosemary Parmesan Roll(#7) My auntie got a #8. They come in mini, regular and large (enough for 2). We had chips and drinks too. The food and service (very friendly) met my expectations and I would try them again.Vegetarian options: They have all veggies or mushroom steaks

Don’t go to this place! The food is barley edible and I’ve never had a good experience here. The food either comes out wrong or very greasy. Had to throw away my wrap half ate.

We went in here for lunch and I’m 3 bites into my sandwich and there is a black hair in it, looked like a cat or dog hair, I went and told the cashier that there was a hair and they just said “a hair?” And nothing else, I went and sat back down and waited because they were busy, but they again said nothing else to me for the next 10 minutes and so I eventually just left. For the amount that Jersey mikes subs cost, I feel like it’s pretty reasonable to expect it to be hairless, but that’s just me.

Always a issue when I come here. Asked for a regular #8 club sub, there's always a attitude when I ask for extra of anything, he proceeded to add the top piece of bread without adding the bacon that comes with the #8, he asked if I want to "add Bacon" to which I reply "doesn't it already come with bacon" he replies "No not for the #3" I said I asked for the #8. The girl who started off my sandwich said to the guy adding my toppings "did I not add the turkey" he replies "no" I kept it cool but if I would of never said anything I would've walked out with something I didn't even order and would've had to pay a extra charge for bacon when it already came on the sub I wanted !

Used Jersey Mike's app for delivery order. Never received food. Manager said it was a third party vendor issue and couldn't help at all. Jersey Mike's needs a better system to be accountable for failed deliveries. The manager said there was nothing he could do, about a 100 times. I disagree. He could have done the following:1. Call the driver and find out about my order.2. Give me the driver's phone number.3. Give me customer service contact for Door Dash.4. Direct me to Jersey Mike's customer service.5. Have a better system than shutting down a customer with a complaint other than repeating, "it's a third party issue."Complaint filed. Reviews on all food sites forthcoming.

The quality is just not there anymore for the price and it’s always hit or miss. workers act like they don’t want to be there and act bothered when you ask for simple requests such as a giant sandwich being cut into 4s which has been the standard in every other jersey mikes I’ve ever been

i walk in at 8:25 on Saturday to order a sub. I'm standing at the front of the restaurant waiting for my order to be taken and nobody is around. i have to walk near the register to see if i can see someone and they are just hiding in the back room talking. someone should always be at the front line in case someone comes in. sub was average. they have already started cleaning up as well. a sub wasn't right either
