I've worked downtown for almost 10 years and never tried Jimmy Johns. I was feeling adventurous and gave it a shot. I was honestly a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews. The food was fantastic! I tried an "unwich" and it will now be my regular Friday lunch! It was wonderful. The only complaint I have is that the person ringing up my order didn't realize I wanted a combo, so it was a bit confusing. Thought I'd leave a positive review, because this place was great!

My sister is gluten free. The ladies working 10/6 night made sure everything was cleaned and sanitized for the sandwich and remembered us the next time we came in. Amazing service and great atmosphere!!Dietary restrictions: They can do Gluten-Free subs with a lettuce wrap. They will change gloves and make it fresh!!

30 minutes after I called and my good had sat there on the counter. Guy on the phone was rude and would only say it's ready and will go out soon. 30 minutes is NOT fast.

I will never go back to this location again. The guy that served me was not friendly at all. I paid 8.08 for bread mayo and cheese I asked for onions ,oil and black pepper he didn't do either. NEVA AGAIN NOT GOING BACK.

Worst sub ever. Bread so hard that I couldn't bite it. Roast Beef had pieces of gristle all in it and looked and tasted old. For $8.50 I expect better. I usually eat at Jersey Mike's but went to Jimmy John's for convenience. First and last time!

I ordered 2 sandwiches for delivery. After about 1.5 hours I called asking where my food is. The person on the phone said it's out for delivery. Well, nothing came so I called again. This time the Manager answered, apologized for the delay and said my delivery is on the way. After another 20 minutes of waiting my order finally arrived. I received a coke without a straw and my cuban sandwich contained bacon, pickles and maybe mayonnaise (??). I'm not quite sure. No Dijon mustard , no ham or provolone like stated on the menu. My requested onions where also missing. I didn't call again, I just ate my sandwich because I was starving....

Super fast. They are lightning quick and easy to order. I ordered online and was there before the suggested time and my food was ready. The menu is easy, just get what you’re in the mood for and go. This is a great location right by everything and open late
