I do enjoy the subs from here, they are very good to me.there are however some issues: they dont let me change much of anything. If i want to add something in it, i dont get an option. I can howveer take something out of it, but i want to replace it... and yet i am still given the same price. the price for a sub for me, is alot!seriously, the price of the sub here is 2-2.5X as much as subways, and offers less choices and less options.sometimes when i come inside to order they dont seem like they want to be there, and give the customers the kind of expressions, when ordering- there arent questions, its just waiting for the order to be done and then give the customer a total and back away.Once again, i love the food, its the only reason i come back, but at the cost... I look elsewhere for the amount of food in the sub compared to that price. for a 14 or 16 inch sub, i only had 3 to 4 slices of bacon in the sub.... and thin slices. they were cut small so it wasent much bacon in that sub. what exactly am i paying for...??Parking: easy parking, hard to get to main road.

Service was great and attentive. Unfortunately, the order was incorrect. I asked for no avocado spread and no Jimmy's mustard, and add Dijon mustard. Yet, I get green crapp all over my sandwich. No bueno.

On nov3rd at 2:13pm A delivery driver , driving a small grey nissan failed to come to stop coming out of Stonehenge Dr onto Arlington, didn't even attempt to slow down, causing me to have to slam on breaks and swerve, while I am driving a 3 ton truck. Female driver also had a phone in her hand.Attempted to call and say something, however the line stayed busy for at least 10 minutes, so I had no choice but to leave the complaint in this review.

First, they don't except $50 or $100 bills. Very poor business. If that's the case they need to tell you that on the app. Then ordered a sub customized a sub online added cheese and peppers submitted the order get to restaurant and the lady says they don't customize a turkey tom sub. Yet my club lulu was customized. Why offer if you do not customize it. I asked why is theses policies were different from the ones in Raleigh. The guy that was there was nice but the female was extremely rude and wouldn't explain why these policies are only at theses stores other than they are privately owned. What is the point in a franchise if the store owners do whatever they want.

Everythg was great. The wait was short. The bathroom was clean. We ate in and lingered a few minutes. They have a new sandwich but I got my old steady the Italian Nightclub. They could go easy on raising their prices though.

We have had multiple bad experiences at this location. This is why we decided to finally put up a review. Things can happen once or twice BUT EVERY order? This was our last time. We ordered 3 subs, chips etc. $54 order. One of the subs had a long hair in it and of course everyone lost their appetites. We called the store and spoke w a young lady who would refund only one sandwich bc “they don’t have anyone there with long black hair right then” well, neither do we and we didn’t make the sandwiches. We have had multiple issues with wrong orders, and the issues are never resolved satisfactorily. The managers seem young and either lack the authority to provide refunds or just don’t care about customer service in the least! We reached out to corporate and got an automated resolve that they’ve let the franchise owner know and the management team. What a joke. Of course we haven’t heard anything from anyone. We do a lot of catering and have in the past spent 100’s on such catering orders for physician groups around town. We will not be using them again.
