I get it’s late and being near a college you get a lot of drunk college students but it’s no need to be rude to customers. Asked for plain cheeseburger and they ended up putting the extra things on it. No politeness from the employees who are serving at the window

This McDonalds is hit and miss. Some days the food is hot and other days it’s not. I tried to order a hot fudge sundae and have been told their machine isn’t working.The staff are friendly and the drive thru moves pretty quickly. Just need more consistency of hot food.
Lady at the window that was giving out orders Possibly the manager on January 13th at 1:30am. Was rude I asked for sauce then she proceed to tell me there’s some in the bag when I told her there wasn’t and she said she put some cause there was. Then she never gave me my drink and closed the window on me. So I went home with no drink that I paid for and no sauce for my nuggets. Couldn’t go back for the drink because the line was extremely long and inside was closed and no one answer the phone after calling 2 times.

picked up a mcchicken through the drive thru and it had a piece of broken plastic in it. looked like a plastic fork or something. when i tried to call the line just beeps. i’m cutting my losses but i wont eat here

Went through drive thru on 01-09-24. Was only customer. One of items ordered was a McDouble. Opened up- was very dark looking, looked old. Like they gave me an old one. You can see in the pics provided. So try to check your food before you leave.
didnt give change just said they didnt have any after handing me just a 5$ back. at least warn ppl or cover the money with an extra dollar. adding a fee to people and not telling ur manager to run to the bank is crazy.

if i could give 0 stars i would. i sat in curbside for 40 minutes just to go inside to check on my order for them to tell me they threw it away because “nobody came in to get it” even they they sent me to curbside 1 from the drive through.
