Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and 2 cheeseburgers. Asked to pull forward with one car behind me. Got 4 doubles cheeseburgers for $14.08. All were cold. Tried to call store, no answer. I hate this McDonald's now. Because nothing is ever done to make it better. At least my dog got some cold treats.

Ordered on the app at about 11:40 and arrived at 11:48, they wouldn’t give us our order because they said they already started closing. They don’t close till 12. There was no way to cancel the order and they wouldn’t help. Wasted money. Extremely messed up on their end. Happened 1/14. Happened to three other people also there. All got refused.

Buy one get on big Mac for a dollar. The best deal in a long time..this particular McDonald's was fast friendly got the order exactly right and was convenient amd just what I needed to settle the stomach rumblings after a long day of shopping in Greenville on an empty tank...this has always been a standout McDonald's as long as I can remember..keep up the great work guys. I don't normally eat McDonald's but this has got me craving another big Mac..whats in the special sauce?
Enjoy the food, but prices are getting little pricey like other businesses, know who to point the finger at and it's not The "R" to blame but the "D".

They took not only 10 minutes (3:17) to make two large Caramel Frappes but there was absolutely no one in line except for two cars. The manager along with 4 other employees were laughing about people and the orders they were making. So I took it upon myself to walk in and see what was taking so long on my order since it takes less than 2 minutes to make frappes, prior to my experience working in and with people in fast food restaurants. As I walked in the manager looked at me handed me two melted large caramel frappes (3:27pm), and yelled to the people in the back “he’s gay” with laughter and my girlfriend and I looked at each other in question of why it took so long for people to make two drinks. I think the manager needs a little advice here. First off: you insulted me and then failed at making an order move out past the due time to help your companies score have better time for competition. Two: the quality of the frappes were not in good condition and you proceeded to hand me melted frozen drinks. Three: as a manager you’re required to respect customers even if you don’t like them, you failed at that. Four: it took you 10 minute to make two drinks when no one was in line. I think you wanted to push larger orders out first, which is understandable… but it’s the fact you wanted to assault someone because you failed to get what you needed to be done. You deserve this one star. And how about this. Instead of trying to impress your crew and talking about people, learn respect and learn to make food out on a decent time. Because not everyone runs on your schedule.
