I ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget for my mom and when I got home give it to her It was 10 burnt pieces inside guess she should have been grateful it wasn't 20! Nasty Mcdonald Simply Nasty Management and employees! I called several times ask to speak to the manager they kept hanging up! Calling headquarters on them!I want a refund! Nuggets went to the dogs!

Even though they were VERY busy, my order was prompt and accurate! That crew is awesome!
There was a delay for coffee and ice cream but I don't blame them because there was a gigantic line that morning but Thank You for working hard and making me an exception!

From A Unique Perspective
I usually have a good experience through the window at this McDonalds but today I had a very rude cashier who was very inpatient and refused to give me my receipt from my card transaction. She also took her time opening her window. She looked like Jay Z and told me "ain't you going to drive up" when I asked for my receipt from my transaction and she hollered to the people at the front of the restaurant "give her her receipt!" She said "you going to have to get it at the next window" and closed her window. McDonalds, what is going on??? Why are yall hiring these ghetto, ratchet, nasty employees (mostly women) who are making your company look bad in the USA?! I would hate to be the CEO of a company and have these type of people running/serving my business.

Drive thru was a little bit of a wait during this time. Assuming I went during breakfast to lunch changeover. But food was hot and fresh.
Always use the mobile app. Makes everything much faster. Everyone is very sweet...especially the breakfast crew.

Good food, good service, but don't bring your children here if they need to unwind, as that was the WIMPIEST fast food playground I have EVER seen. I've seen church playgrounds better than that!

The guy with the blue hair rang my food up wrong and charged me extra. When I told them that it was rang wrong they started passing my burger around and a fat girl came to the window with a nasty attitude and tried to get me to leave without my frappe and money. Then I got my burger and left and saw how terrible it looks #
