The bbq chicken was way undercooked didn’t notice it till I got home, every thing else was good.I put it in my toaster oven to finish cooking it. No reply needed don’t need to hear everything is cooked, mine wasn’t, so don’t bother sending a reply trying to explain. The chicken was under cooked.
I originally gave you guys 5 stars (which I was being generous doing so).But after seeing how often y'all throw a hissy fit whenever you get a negative review, you deserve to be demoted to 3 stars. As a writer, I know all too well that you must learn to take a few on the chin and stay humble when people jeer you. It's all part of learning to getty up on that saddle as if you were a cowboy smoking a dutch masters cigar all while praying.I still like your food though. Nothing beats diping them hush puppies in that BBQ red sauce.

Subpar soggy food with woeful customer service and a dirty restaurant. You often have to wait 10 or 20 minutes if you dine in and it's never worth the wait. Not a fan.

I live in Texas and visiting here. Went to Parkers with my granddaughter. Not only was the food great, they gave her a cookie and drink while we waited. Very good prices as well. Will be returning!Kid-friendliness: Gives children a drink and cookie waiting for your order.

This place is better than the other ones in town. The amount of food you get is incredible. Everything was really good. I'll only come to this one now.
You were highly recommended. I grew up in NC eating Eastern NC BBQ. My husband and I lived on Hatteras Island for 10 years. We are very familiar with how Eastern NC BBQ should taste. Your barbeque is the worst we have ever eaten. The pulled pork was NOT smoked, had absolutely no seasonings and tasted like it had been soaked completely in vinegar. It was very bland except for vinegar. The slaw is delicious. The potato salad is very good. The Hush puppies are very bland. The Brunswick Stew is ok. I paid almost $200 for a substandard meal. I also had to pay for the packing.. unheard of. I will never recommend Parker's barbeque to anyone. I will stick to Smithfield's. I recommend you improve your recipe. SMOKE your pulled pork, use less vinegar so it is palatable to eat. Add some seasonings to the Hush puppies. All in all, we are very disappointed in this $200.00 meal. BBQ Dinner Plate

A solid 4. I grew up on Parker's. Great fried chicken and the barbecue is eastern nc style ...as it should be. Now the yellow grated slaw may weird you out at first but trust me it is a perfect compliment to the barbecue. The chicken is crispy and juicy. Yes. Even the chicken breast has that crackly skin and moist inside. Are there better bbq joints in this part of the state? Sure! But Parker's is a staple and you can still get corn sticks And shout out the Brunswick stew! I haven't found a better version than Parker's. Before you ask why I got boiled potatoes- nostalgia. It's what I grew up on when we didn't have all these side options.

I just spent over $40.00 for lunch drive thru. Just left dr office and do not feel well enough to cook. We all sat down to eat and we all gasped at our food at the same time. The chicken was so dark, it was obviously RE-FRIED. The taste was so appalling, so bad we could not eat it.Only thing that could be eaten were the fresh fried gizzards. money I cannot afford to spend, much less throw away. I have been faithful to Parkers since 1985 when I moved here. So disappointed in this quality. This is twice this has happened. This time I am speaking up, I have pictures to back up my complaint.If I did not live so far away I would have returned it.

10:30 am Sunday after church walked in got chicken liver dinner livers were so over cooked..potatoes were so undercooked could not eat them..Oh well $10.00 wasted will not be back again unless I eat inside and can show the food. God bless all your staff.
Yes I went to the drive-thru wonderful customer service I received a barbecue sandwich platter who was not hot the barbecue sandwiches not hot fries either second time going.
