The 10th Street Pizza Hut is better than the fire tower Pizza Hut in Greenville, NC hands down.

Gave us the wrong pizza and we had to wait while they remade our original order. They did make the other one fairly quick (15min.) but sucked that we had to wait after already waiting for order to be done in the first place. The employees were not nice about it either. Blonde guy was nice, everyone one else was not.

Online order was correct. I had a 20 min. commute. When we sat down to eat the food was still relatively warm, tasted like it just came out of the oven
For one reason or another, we hadn't had Pizza Hut pizza in a very long time. After last night's order, it will be our go to pizza store.

if your out of something, just say that or called bk to let customers know.. Dont just give me anything and still take my hard earn money. (Options) Got the wrong pizza again and they know it, tried call back and no one would answer the phone... Said the restaurant was closed.. 720pm

HORRIBLE “customer service.” My girlfriend said the person had an attitude when she picked up the food. They gave us the wrong pizza. She asked for extra sauce on the wings and the lady walked away with the wings so who knows what she did with them. I took the wrong pizza back and the questionable wings for a refund. The male manager was very nice. Two ladies walked around the corner while he was trying to process the refund. I thought they were coming to apologize. The one who had an attitude with my girlfriend then proceeded to ask me what was wrong? I assume her name was Jada because I think that’s what was on her earrings. I quickly asked her not to talk to me because I don’t do well with attitudes or poor customer service. The other female gave me a refund for the items. Not once did she smile, apologize, or attempt to provide good customer service herself. I’d love to talk to a District Manager but Pizza Hut doesn’t share the managers phone number. I see why. All they would be doing would be fielding calls from disappointed customers. Do better Pizza Hut!

Usually when I order from here everything is perfect but I ordered 16 Buffalo mild wings and they gave me sweet chili. I called them atleast 5-6 times to corrrect the order so I wouldn’t have to spend more money and no one answered the phone.
