We are so disappointed about how they stop doing Açaí bowls at eight pm we were there at 8:02 ?

We will not be back. My daughter and I arrived at 7:29 PM and they close at 8:00 PM and refused service for two smoothie bowls.

First time here and had an unbelievably nice lady named Becca take my order, she was working by herself when I came in. She was kind to every customer she greeted and made sure to ask me if I liked my smoothie! Will be coming back :)

I was given a gift card from my employer for $10. I spent $6 for breakfast. When I returned later in the week to use the balance i was told i could not. I was told by management that balances in gift cards are not allowed to be used. I will share with my company and every other City official to not purchase Smoothie King gift cards for employees because this is never heard of. If i don't want a purchase for the full amount on the first visit i should be allowed to use my balance at another time. If not my company or family's gift to me has been wasted. I will spread this everywhere I go.

I have had the most difficult time at this location with employer Melissa. She has not been friendly or helpful I had gift card options and she didn’t try to assist but instead be very argumentative and dismissive. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all.

Been visiting this place for a while, I usually go for strawberry peanut power but the it always tastes different. I hope they would get consistent with their drinks and smoothies
There are other smoothie places with better products. We ordered to smoothies. One was the consistency of water and the other so thick you couldn't pull it through a straw. We won't be going back.

This has always been my favorite smoothie spot until I saw an employee cough a nasty wet cough right into the ice bucket today that’s used for smoothies. Don’t think I can bring myself back after this ever again.

Do not come to this smoothie king. I have visited this establishment multiple times and have had watered down smoothies each time. There is a pungent stench filling the building that makes you not want the smoothie anymore. My most recent visit, my smoothie tasted absolutely awful. It had a metallic taste to it that I could not tolerate. The employees were nice but didn't know how to complete a refund on their own, so they had to call a manager on FaceTime because there was no manager present. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This time I got a 40oz Prue Recharge Enhancer : Strawberries, Pear Juice Blend, Electrolyte Blend, Protein and Nutrient Blend Plus Digestion Support and Mangoes which was around $14.00 and worth every penny. Fresh and Filling- thinking about signing up for their rewards program
