Firstly, I was the only patron in the subway but for whatever reason the employee still felt it was appropriate for me to wait. I asked how long and he continued what he was doing and said a minute. Costumers should be your first priority. The employee was standoffish and unwelcoming, I did not enjoy his service. Secondly, I told the employee that the sub was not 6 inches, he ignored me. I don’t go back and forth with fast food workers. My sub is clearly not 6 inches. Thirdly, I wasn’t asked if I would be dining in but I was still in fact charged for it. Won’t be back, will contact corporate.

Could not get a sub at 6:41 p.m. was told they had no bread. We came back and there was bread and he blocked off to mop. I asked what was the bread in case and he said it just came out of the oven and took an hour to cool off. We would love to have fresh hot bread. Refused to make it.

If the door says we close at 9pm y’all close at 9pm. The doors should not be locked at 8:50 and cashiers just standing around

The customer service at this subway is some of the worst in Greenville. They’re rude, impatient, and impolite. I worked in the service industry for almost a decade, and this location is awful. From here on out, I will be driving all the way across town just to avoid going to this one. Hope the management does something to avoid losing even more customers. It takes nothing to just be kind. This store needs to fire about 4 employees.
