I go here all the time because it is close and quick but it feels like every time me or my girlfriend go to this subway we’re met with rude sub par service, small portions, frozen meat, burnt subs, not enough sauce, etc. We have asked about the frozen meat before and instead of fixing the issue they decide to add a metal guard to make sure we can’t see how bad the quality is as they’re making it. It’s always something with this subway and I almost always leave in a bad mood. My suggestion is if you don’t like working at your job then you should consider alternatives.

Staff are very rude. If you dont like working here you dont have to. You are not forced to work at subway. Seems like after reading reviews in the past there have been zero improvements. it takes no skill to be kind and motivated to do your job....

Being closed when your hours say you’re open is the worst thing you could possibly do. Having a guest waste their gas driving to your store to find it closed is incredibly inconsiderate and shows a lack of care for the customer.

Everytime I go in there they slapping stuff on the sandwiches and burning the whole sandwich. Then the girl didn’t even use a knife to fold the sand which like she supposed to do everything was falling out.

This subway is alright. It was way better when you could go in and order and tell them how much you want up there. With grubhub they don't look at the comments and always put way more condiments than I'd like.

it's so tasty. nothing but enjoyable experiences here. it has a great feel to it. kinda of like a place in houston that i enjoyed.

I had walked about a mile to get here because I was mislead into believing that a Pirate Meal would cover this Subway location. Not only did I have to walk extremely close to the highway, I was then told that they did not even have registers. By far the worst of it all was that I was simply told to install GrubHub. It would have been nice to have gotten some sort of email regarding this.

They don't like giving you the right size for your drinks when using a pirate meal and the chicken is almost always super cold even if they toast your sandwich but everything else is pretty fine. Good selection of chips and a functioning Subway on campus. It's real useful after you get out of a night class because they're open till 12 pretty much every night. They try to get people through the line fast and sometimes the line is just way too long.
The place is great, except for one employee. I haven't seen her with a nametag, but she's an older looking employee. She has been very unprofessional on certain occasions when the managers were not there. She has berated a coworker in front of me about putting too much cheese on her sandwich. I've also walked in and found her dancing and blasting music so loud that I couldn't hear the person making my sandwich right in front of me. Her bullying and unprofessional behavior sometimes prevents me from wanting to visit, for the risk that I'll have to endure it again when all I want is a sandwich. The other employees are great and the food tastes good, and I wish I could rate them seperately because all but one would get 5 stars.

Veggie delite and salad are my best 2 options here. Close to the University, you can just walk. Only problem is there is not sign board outside building so even Google map can get you confused. Get into the building at Google map location and you will find subway inside.
