There is a lot of choices. There was only 1 staff present on a Sunday. Its not the staff fault that there was a lot of people inside and eating while they were online. A bit unsanitary seeing people picking on the food and eating it.

Let me tell you about my all-time favorite place. It's called Sweet Frog, a yogurt shop located near the mall. They offer great specials and their yogurt is so good that it's always crowded. I've been telling everyone I know about it!

The lady at the counter was very polite, but the whole shop smelled like old mop water to the point that multiple families were eating in the parking lot and the dinning area was completely empty. The condiments set out for the ice cream were old and expired. Several ice cream flavors were watered down. It was apparent that who ever mopped, mopped with dirty water.

I only go when they run their specials. It was delicious. Love the toppings!

Self-serve frozen yogurt place. They have limited flavors to select. Toppings are also self-serve. Once you are done the cost is basked on the weight of the product you took. I took pineapple and coffee. I didn't like the pineapple.

I have enjoyed 2 visits to this sweet Frog. It does smell like bleach like others said but I'd rather a place to smell clean and look clean than not. I love the Christian music and the yogurt too. We will continue to visit.

I went at 9:30 PM and it was closed even though the website said open til 10pm. Very disappointing for me and my 6 year old son.

Clean and yummy! I also like that you have seats on the outside of your facility.

My kids love to come here but I don't. It's extremely overpriced and once you find the flavors you really like they replace them with something else. They have a good variety of flavors and toppings but if you like one specific flavor it could be gone in a few months. That may be great for some people who love trying new things each visit. It is always clean and the people who work there are constantly seen cleaning between customers which is nice. The downside is there is often only one person working which causes the line to back up if people come in and order things they have to make like milkshakes or boba. There are always at least 3 empty bays of froyo either because it's out of service or out of froyo. Depending on who is working this may be as simple as them adding a new bag of mix and asking you to wait or they may just say sorry. They also play Christian music so if that offends you, don't sit inside but there are chairs outside. Unless you really want froyo the Creamery icecream shop around the corner is a better choice in terms of quality and flavor. Their icecream is delicious and they also have toppings you can add.

Really cool yogurt spot, not to busy on a weekend with lots of flavors and topping. Very yummy, perfect for summertime.

When we got there no one was around to help. This happened the last time we went there too. They stay in the back. I tried 2 different yogurt flavors and they were all runny. They were also had frozen crystals in them and it wasn't creamy at all. I had to throw it out when I got home because it didn't taste good at all.

My experience today was great. This was my very first time here. The atmosphere was great. They were all laying Christen music (I did not know if it was K-LOVE or a different station). I will be back again. Take care and be bless everyone…

Really disappointed in what I witnessed today at Sweet Frog. They are baiting customers to pay exorbitant amounts of money for frozen yogurt by only putting out the largest cup size and then charging by weight at the end. There is no visible sign anywhere stating how much they charge per ounce and there is no way for customers to know how much their yogurt will cost them by the time they get to the counter. I watched three customers in a row come through the line and be charged $30 to $40 for just 2 or 3 cups of yogurt. Every one of them said the price was way too high and they didn’t want the yogurt anymore. BUT the cashier and manager made them pay anyway saying, “We can’t waste such a large amount of yogurt.” They even made a guy go back to his car to scrounge for extra cash before they would let him leave. This is unethical and needs to be stopped. Surely it isn’t legal to bait customers like this.
