Ordered 2 number 6's and a burrito first of all the bill was $29.18 and drove 2 miles home by that time food was cold dorrito tacos n chulupa were so soggy the bottom was falling out of them and tasted terrible the Pepsi was so nasty it was undrinkable and we dumped them out my wife and I love taco bell and eat there atleast once or twice a week but after the bad taste this has left in my mouth especially after spending 30 dollars we will never go to this particular store ever again we have never experienced such garbage from any other taco bell anywhere we've been

I'm in the drive thru, it's late and I wanna get home. I didn't check my order(got it, my fault) but damn, look at the pictures and tell me...WHERE'S THE BEEF? AND, DO YOU SEE THE SOUR CREAM? BONUS QUESTION...FIND A JALAPEÑO. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

This Taco Bell has good service in a very busy area. The lunch crowd fills about 1/3 of the place when ECU is in session and the drive thru is always busy then as well, but they keep up with demand and keep it accurate.

I've been going here literally 30 times because it's on my way to work and every single time they never put any of the sauce in the bags. It's the worst service and the worst Taco Bell. Who wants bell with no sauce. How mf bad at your job do you have to be to NEVER put sauce in the order that asks for it. 30 mf times. I started driving to the other one which is out of my way on the way to work because they actually do their job unlike this one. Waste of money.

On 1025 I came through the drive-thru the lady stopped me and told me I had to take my order at the door she had some handheld pilot you shouldn't have to drive around a restaurant building twice to give a order Channel didn't care to hear it she could care less this is poor service Sad.i rather driver to winterville.

I just wanted a nacho fries box; we don't have the fries, all we have is the classic combo ? ? ?; I'll get that then with strawberry twist; $10.** No strawberry twist, or what I wanted^^ cinnamon twist, soft taco, burrito, and drink... sad... Theres this one girl who takes the orders at night . She’s shortish wear glasses chubby and has gaps between all her teeth . Reminds me of lady glitter sparkles, but anyways she’s rude . Has an attitude. Like girl just quit don’t be in customer service . She ran her mouth at me because I corrected how she said my name . I didn’t understand her clearly because she has a lips . Anyways she needs to be trained better or fired .
