The food was good. The waitress was rude and very unprofessional. We had a party of 25 Half of the party got their food. The other half had to wait. We actually had one person go home with no food. Because everybody else has eaten, and their food never came out one got their food in a box and the other never got their food at all when we said something to the waitress about this, she informed us that this was not a huge party and it was light work and not really a big deal and we could do it ourselves if we thought we could do better Will never go back to this place. This was my first and last time eating there

Disappointing. Small group for birthday celebration and they put us in the "bar" area to eat. As we were leaving, we saw they were putting people in a nicer dining area? Also, be prepared for upcharge on most everything. Want sour cream on your baked potato....upcharge. Want horseradish for your prime rib...upcharge. Want a pickle on your hamburger....upcharge.

First… “greeted “ by an eye-rolling rude young lady who was more interested in her personal phone call than seating our party. My wife called earlier that day to make a reservation for the 5 of us. She informed us that NO reservation was recorded.Next, I requested the manager and he was clearly less than interested in speaking with us. When he finally made his way to me, he rudely insisted that we didn’t need a reservation but we were unable to order the special of the night.( not even what I was concerned about.)My wife confirmed that he said he would write down our reservation, which he did not. No apologies offeredMoving on…… our server was quite pleasant—-but, extremely slow. we observed several tables that were seated after us that were served their food long before we were.Finally Ordered our food, and I specifically requested that my appetizer come out before the entrées. Food took over 35 minutes to be delivered to the table,with numerous requests to please serve our meal. After 3 baskets of bread, our food finally arrived . Five minutes after our entrées arrived they bring out the appetizer. Extremely frustrating. Once again, no apology offered.We will probably not return to this establishment nor will we recommend to family,friends and business associates.I understand that everyone has an off day, but when no attempt to explain or apologize is made, that is just extremely poor management.

The wife and I have been to Nineteen for brunch on several occasions. Every time has been a great experience. We have found all parts of the brunch menu incredibly yummy! Service has been responsive and wait times very minimal. Cost is very friendly to the wallet. Warmer weather brings opportunity to eat on the outdoor deck and views of the golf course. If your looking for a great dining experience for brunch, let the mimosas fly and do not hesitate to go to Nineteen.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking spaces are not extremely close to the front door, but a nice inclined sidewalk with no steps is great for accessibility.

Really surprised by the inadequate and rude service we received today at Nineteen Restaurant. We had reservations so they knew a party of 10 or more were coming in. Waitress could not handle the table-actually she acted like we were a pain to her. My order came incomplete as did others. Spinanch was to be included in the special of the day-mine come without spinach. This wasnt a side-it was a wrap-beef tibs which were ground up without the spinach? Okay. I mentioned it to the waitress-Lisa-she brought it back to the kitchen-came back to the table and told me the kitchen cant take food back and gave me spinach on a side plate. ????? I told her to keep it the lunch and refund me. I was refunded for the meal but needed to pay for my drink which had a gratituty on it. I paid with cash and was told by Lisa upon her return to the table I don't have all your change. She walked away. ??? Rude isn't the word. I couldnt be bothered for the lousy 53 cents. If she wanted it that bad she can have it. Manager on duty was told-he couldnt care. My understanding owner was there??? Didnt make a difference.
The staff is always attentive and helpful from the first greeting to the final table cleanup. They stop by throughout the meal checking on us. It feels personal and friendly.Our table of 6 adults and 2 children was a mixed review for food. The steaks were fatty, but the pasta was cooked to our liking. The sauce was both liked by some and thought a little heavy by others.On the atmosphere, it was great. They took care of our little ones and set us apart from the crowd. It was perfect for our group and well appreciated. Again, 5 stars for knowing our group and taking care of us.Come and enjoy the place and the service. Enjoy it.
