The place was dead for a Saturday night the pizza was over greased and extremely the pizza over flopped the salad with chicken was over cooked on my salad my son had buffalo wings buffalo sauce didn't look like buffalo sauce my son ordered brownie a la mode the brownie looked frozen and put in a microwave overall I've way better pizza elsewhere maybe the other hawthorn are better but this one is not worth the trip

The pizza and salad we got were mediocre for the price. The wait staff, however, was very friendly and attentive.
Visit often, but this last time the server forgot to but in an order for 2 people. Other 5 people were done eating by the time our food came out, and the baking was rushed so it was cold inside and did not eat it. Manager did apologize AND make adjustments on the bill that were appropriate. We will keep on visiting but take more attention with the servers and ordering.

Came in for a take-out pizza craving. Not busy, but didn't show up at peak dining hours, either. The pizza is nice-sized and was delicious...reminded me of my favorite pizza from a pizzeria I frequented growing up in Pennsylvania. Inside and outside seating available.

Great place to grab a beer & some pizza, a wonderful atmosphere for young families. The staff were inattentive, let our drinks go dry, and forgot to order my wife's food. The rest of us were done eating when her food came out and it was cold in the middle!

Night out with neighbors ruined. We finally found time to get out and enjoy a dinner with out beloved neighbors and Hawthorne's did all they could to ruin the mood. The very awkward waitress was robotic and could not string sentences together. She totally forgot to put our wifes' calzone in so the husbands and kids were done eating when a poor excuse of a large calzone arrived that looked like it came off a kids menu. Insult to injury the out side was over done and the cheese was still coldThe only thing the waitress was interested in was dropping off the bill as she tried to do so even before the calzone came out.The manager did take the calzone and a small pizza off the bill, but our wives ended up splitting half a 9 inch left from our daughter.Fun night.. at least we got to laugh about the poor service,
