Called and thought I got Dunkin donuts. Apologized for calling the wrong number. Then lady who answered was rude to me and informed me that I did reach Baskin Robbins. I ask for ice cream cakes she tells me they have plenty in a walk in freezer. I ask price she says they are 17-30 bucks. Go there,the girl at the front counter had no clue about a walk in freezer there was no walk in freezer and the cheapest cake was 20 bucks and the cake I got I was 40 bucks . So they lied on multiple accounts. 1st interaction with them was rude. Probably won't be going back. The cake was good however.

Second time I've been here and got ice cream and the scoops were half of what I would call a normal scoop in comparison too any other ice cream shop I've been to. Apparently there's no standard for what a scoop is, but there's is pretty small for the price paid. See picture. Your 6$ and change will get you approximately two miniscule scoops that make their smallest cup look big.

If I could give more than 5 stars...I would! Dropped off 18 early morning and the service, food and great attitudes were going on. The guys were pleased with the great service and said it was the best dunkin they've ever been too. Thank ya'll and keep the great service and attitudes!

Would be great if they actually posted stuff like dinning room closed before 8PM even though hours of operation state open till 9PM.

Normally I do not post a bad review as everyone has a bad day, but today was like if they couldn't discourage you from doing business there, they would do their best to run you off after made your purchase. First two choices they were out of, so I settled for something else. Then after waiting 15+ minutes for our order, we sat at a table and before we can finish, the girl comes right up behind me and starts sweeping under our table. After hitting my chair a few times with the broom and her standing right over top of me, I finally get up and ask her if I am in her way. She rolls her eyes, says no and then preceded to step between me and the table to finish sweeping at my husband's feet. We were the only people in the lobby, so it wasn't like she didn't have anywhere to clean that wouldn't inconvenience anyone, so why get all up on top of us? We got disgusted and left. So much for social distancing or just basic manners for that matter. I won't be back.

Well my luck again the second time he said nope we don't have any dairy free. Well I called and spoke to the manager and of course there's watermelon dairy free ice cream!!! Guess who wasted a drive all for nothing.
I just LOVE this restaurant ❣ I exactly pass 3 other Dunkin Donut just to go to this one in Havelock, NC ❣ The staff Ms. Em, Mel, Janae, Shania, and Mr. Tyree are FAST and FRIENDLY ❣ I just LOVE the service and food that I get from there❣❣

I think this particular dunkin' donuts Baskin-Robbins has the best customer service they could they could have the worst coffee in the world and I would still go just because they have the best customer service ever however their coffee's just as good as their customer service they're are 6 dunkin' donuts in my area this is bi far the best 1 the 1 in Morehead nc is ran by a very arrogant manager along with a very arrogant district manager as well as the one in James City and New Bern the one in Havelock is and will always be considered my favorite and is the best one just by their customer service alone that is what makes the difference between that one and the other five it said that one is better than all five put together ?
