Whats the point of using your app and pre-paying for my order if you still put all your new walkins ahead? I came to p/u and they took several new people before processing mine, which had already placed and paid for 10 minutes prior..
Laula, Krystal, and Marty had excellent customer service! I loved the energy there!You can tell that the three of them takes pride in their jobs. They really catered to my gluten allergies and took special care in handling my sandwich, which by the way was awesome. Hands down, the best customer service here. Thank you!
