Ordered the T-mobile Tuesday's deal via online as you have to order online or in app to redeem the deal. "Watched" my order be prepared on the website. Said it was ready after like 20-30 min. Went to get it & looked like they were closed!I went to go in & the door was locked. Lady did to use the other door, so I did. Why were their lights off & their main door locked 20 minutes before closing?!They didn't have my order. They said it was cancelled. That I'd get a refund. But that would be via online & back to my credit card. Well, that was like 3 weeks ago & it's still not refunded.Luckily I asked if they had anything they could give me like a hot & ready or something. There was 1 pizza sitting there, but she said no, so I figured it was there for a customer or them to take home. She did have the guy make me a pizza though it wasn't what I ordered & they gave it to me.While I was waiting another lady came in for her order & they didn't have it either, so they made her a pizza also. They also gave her the pizza I saw sitting there as they forgot about it. Lmao so, you're closing early & forgot a pizza there. I hope she or her family didn't get sick on it. I got food poisoning from the LCP near TSC in J-ville. I was sick for 4 days! Luckily I didn't get sick from Havelock's though. I was wary though.

I don't know who they have working there now but it's bad. The fact they served me a burnt pizza, told me they would give me a refund and I STILL haven't gotten it extremely unprofessional. It's almost been a week and want my money back.

Should Be an 0 for customers service with the black manager that cannot handle a simple refund when they over charge your card. Very poor handling of the situation will be calling corporate almost 50.00 dollars over charge and she just gonna brush it off.

Good was just plain bad and cold managers had a bad attitude when I returned child food manager threw it in the floor manager never apologized Acted annoyed cooks in background complaining about everything.. I'll never go

Actual prices are higher than advertised. Signage prices inside the store are also incorrect. Young lady (Nashaunda) at the counter did not tell me the actual price until she short-changed me. Advertised beverages are often not available. Diet beverages have not been available on 3 consecutive visits to this location. Nashaunda was also very rude, and simply walked into the back to ignore customers. She never greeted customers nor said thank you. It was extremely uncomfortable. Time to find a new pizza store.

If y'all could look at your pizzas before boxing them up that'd be great. Waited 30 mins tonight to get a hot and ready and got home to find this. Didn't know sky raisins were a topping now. It's embedded into the cheese. One glance would have prevented this from being served. Attention to detail people. Disgusting.

Request pretzel pizza w/cheese sauce. I was given marinara. Had to go back in to get replaced. Also had a pepperoni & a cheese pizza. Pepperoni was burnt, brought that back in and went through their "display pizzas", which were all burnt, save one. Which had one side with mostly crust. The cheese pizza was just an irregular shape. But other than that, it was fine.

Usually their pizza is really good but today I don't know what happened. It's saltier and the crust is thicker for veggie pizza. And the cheese pizza, hot and ready ended up being a thin crust cheese pizza. Regardless of that mix up, the cheese pizza and pepperoni pizza don't taste right either. No one can eat more than one slice. It just doesn't taste good. They told us that that's just how they come out of the oven, the bread, and the sauce comes from the company so I'm guessing they changed their ingredients.

This place was pretty good until about 2 months ago and something has changed. The service is horriable. Nothing is ever hot & ready. I have to wait forever to get my food. Tonight was the last straw for me. Stopped in to get 1 order of crazy bread. I had to wait 20 mins and once I left and my kids starting eatting it they said it tasted weird. I tried it and it taste like plain dough.

Placed a large online order. When I arrived employee Nashaunda informed me that they were out of wings. I asked to be refunded for the wings. I stead she offered another pizza which I declined and again asked for a refund. She refunded the entire order, refusing to print a refund receipt for me,and re-rang the rest of the order. She missed half of the original order. She was rude and incompetent. When I arrived home the pizza order was wrong and crazy bread was so old it was rock hard. When I called to request a refund Nashaunda hung up on me. When I called back twice after she refused to answer. Corporate customer service was notified and opened investigation as to why this employee was not able to provide an accurate order or decent customer service.

Tonight, August 9, Wednesday Night, I had the worst pizza EVER here - or worst 2 pizzas I ever had, with the exception of those lukewarm bread school lunch pizzas. I give them credit: the price of the pizza was $7.25, and they let me pay only $7. They pulled a pizza out of the heater and, yuck! The tip of the crust of each slice was moist and soggy, undercooked. I took the large pepperoni pizza in and asked for another. "The crust is not soggy," the white, little girl manager insisted, but I told her it was. She took my pizza and asked, rather unfriendly, "Do you want a refund or another pizza?" I answered another pizza. The second pizza I got was crap too, but I ate all but 2 slices - I was hungry. I sta outside. There was a gang of brothers outside cussing and f-bombibg and throwing ice at one another. I went back in and asked for a smaller box. That white girl manager disgustingly asked the hostess, "Is that guy who got two pizzas trying to get another pizza?"Both pizza were crap. I am disappointed. I have had much, MUCH better at this place.

Food was not hot. The wait was really bad. To bad I have 3 jobs or I would put in an application to help. The staff is over worked and need help. It’s a very popular area so extra employment is needed. It’s not not the staff’s fault. Just need more help. Truly like this store, just don’t want to come in and see over worked employees doing the best they can.

Absolutely terrible place to work horrible district manager had my check sent to a different bank worked 30 plus hours only got paid for 17 she fudged my time so she didn't have to pay me for it Absolutely disgusted with this place a shame that yall let people like this work for you tried to reach out to corprate nothing back to date been calling for weeks
