We had our first visit to Pho Van. Our first taste of Vietnamese food. The service was very fast. The waiter, who may be the owner too, was great. He was very helpful with suggestions on which sauces complimented each dish. I will add that there was a lot of attention to detail with the presentation and the food a great. All in all a very pleasant dinning experience in an attractive restaurant. We will be back.

The food was excellent! My husband and I had a date night and went to dinner and to our surprise the experience was better than we expected. I will definitely be back. Being that I moved here from California .. good food is comforting for sure. The owners was very pleasant and very welcoming.The portions were large ... I recommend the appetizer platter to experience different choices.

We got the scallion pancakes and the spring rolls to start... They were both AMAZING!After that we shared the orange chicken with a spice level of 5. It was like a really delicious General Tso's. The outside had a crispy texture, and the inside was very tender chicken. It was perfection. So freaking good!The food was really delicious, we couldn't believe the place wasn't packed! We were served by a kind and handsome Vin Diesel look alike! (I never knew I was a fan until he showed up at our table!) Both my husband and the server thought it was hilarious but it's absolutely the way I saw it!!!Y'all go to this amazing restaurant!!! ???

What a difference new ownership makes! Same name as before but now a lovely couple are running the place. Our lunch yesterday was perfect. A friendly greeting, quick and nice service--and the food! Our Spring rolls with the peanut and sweet and sour dipping sauces were spot on! Hub had Penang red curry and coconut milk sauce with mixed tofu and beef and he was mighty pleased. Me? I had my fav order of Pad Thai. I admit I'm a bit of a stickler for a good one and this one more than passed muster. Fresh noodles? Check. Chopped peanuts? Check. A segment of fresh lime for squeezing? Check. Crunch tofu with a creamy center? Check. And the crucial spice level? I asked for medium plus a bit. And it was perfect. A nice level of heat but not over much. As we left, I asked another table if they'd had the pork belly before--my second choice. I'd heard them order it. The man said it was really, really good here. So I know what I'll be ordering next time. Another table was making happy noises over their big bowls of Pho, so that's on my list, too. I hope they'll add a great Vietnamese dish: Bun. And not food related, but I found their rest room sparkling clean so that was a win, too. So glad Pho Van has been given new life, a happy vibe and great food. That pork belly is calling my name....
Went in for a late lunch on Sunday, been wanting to go for a visit since the new ownership and this was the perfect opportunity. I was initially the only one there so Serb de was top notch but stayed that way even with numerous places the couples coming in and only one waiter at that time he knows what he’s doing. Shout out to the 6’+ muscle man fantastic waiter, now menu has a nice variety of options and I settled on the dumplings and garlic chicken stir fry with rice and Thai tea. Food came out very promptly I actually got the stir fry about few min before the dumplings stir fry is good fresh crisp veggies and good white meat chicken I went with a 5 on the spice level and that was a nice milder medium. The dumplings were fantastic, just missing dumpling sauce. All went down easy with the Thai tea. I didn’t see any alcohol offered.Will definitely come back again.

Not only do I manage a restaurant in New York, but I’ve been to Vietnam. So, not only do I know great service, I also know great Pho. This place is absolutely EXCEPTIONAL on all fronts, and is the best Pho I have had outside of Vietnam. They are healthy with the portions including meat, the fried spring rolls are perfectly crispy, and their other dishes like the Pad Thai are exceptionally flavorful. Absolutely our new favorite and we are very excited to come back soon!

We had dinner last night at Pho Van. What a pleasant suprise. Our waiter was Aaron who is the owner with his wife. We started our meal with scallion pancakes served with a delicious sauce. The pancakes were cooked perfect and beautifully plated. I had spicy basil with beef. It was delious and I really like that you can select how spicy you would like your meal. I do not like very spicy food so I selected 2 which was perfect. My husband had Pad Kee Mao with beef, drunken noodles,veggies tomato and chili with 3 spice.He also enjoyed his meal. Lots of tasty food, large portions, reasonable prices and great service . Many selections to try. Definitely going back. Looking forward to trying other dishes on the menu. Definitely worth trying. Best of luck in your new adventure. You are off to a great start. See u soon.
