Ordered pasta and cheese sticks for my husband and myself last night for dinner. Big mistake. The chicken pasta was passible, but the marinara was downright dry. I kid u not, the ziti was still "white". On top of that, the cheese sticks were burnt, not at all cheesy and lacking the normal butter and seasonings that are supposed to make the bread sticks yummy. To add insult to injury, they were not even cut!!! Really? Are you really so trifling lazy that you can't prepare your food correctly and actually cut it?? And then you have the nerve to ask for a tip in a drive thru pickup? God help our world. Granted, it's only takeout...but it's a definite indication of what our world has become.

I placed an order for delivery, and it took a little over an hour to arrive, which I didn't have an issue with because I know how busy it gets late at night. When I went to eat my pizza, you could visually see the cheese wasn't melted. Then, when I went to take a bite, the dough was so mushy. My pizza was undercooked, and it was inedible. Though, it wasn't the only thing. My breadsticks were a little underdone, too. Everything else was made perfectly, though it's a little upsetting because the main dish was inedible.

We went there for the lunch buffet. It was awesome. Such a good variety of pizzas, pastas, salads, ETC. The staff were very professional, friendly and attentive. You will not be disappointed. The restrooms were clean and orderly. They have handicap parking access and seating.Parking: Large parking lot with handicap parking.Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs. I went one night last week to get some get food for myself and my family. My server Jackson was very unintentful and extremely disgusting. When he went to serve my food to my table he dropped my pizza on the floor and instead of informing me he put it back on the plate and served it to me. That was absolutely disgusting and a complete health code violation. I have never in my life been more disappointed of a restaurant. The experience I had that night was the worst I have ever had. How do you not have respect for an establishment that you work at or the people you serve, or how about yourself. He tampered with my food and served it.. that is a felony and I want justice... But yet this man still works here. I will not be returning to this establishment and neither will my multiple family members. I am already a sick woman.. and this.. this is just unexceptable... To others that go to this pizza hut in havelock please be watchful of how they handle your food!!!!

If you're looking for a delicious snack to indulge in, there's no better place to go than my go-to spot for pizza and wings. Sure, some might call it just a snack i.e. me lol, but trust me, you get what you pay for. Plus, the amazing people who work there are worth every penny! They're the type of hardworking individuals that every business needs - the ones who never stop giving and always put their heart and soul into what they do. And let's be real, after a long day of standing on their feet, they deserve a raise! I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years now, and I can honestly say that this place is my one-stop-shop for all my snacking needs. And the donut shop block away isn't too shabby either! I love people who put their soul into food and work it makes me enjoy my snack ever so much more
