The absolute worst Subway ive ever eaten at. The food wasn't fresh which caused me to have an upset stomach afterwards.

I don't usually eat Subway Much and Tonight My Son wanted A Sub..I had the Best Experience and Such friendly employees ESPECIALLY Ms. Joanie....She was super sweet, her Attitude was amazingly Pleasat... Everyone that walked out of that Door she told them To Be Safe and stay warm! You guys need more employees like Her..❤️

My husband and I stopped by today for dinner. There were about 15 customers in the store. The sign on the door stated "Wearing a mask is Requested". As soon as we walked in the door an employee yells out "Baby, we request you wear a mask." "Masks wearing is requested". I asked, in front of all these customers "Even if we have the vaccine". The employee yells out "Even if you have the vaccine, baby". My husband then said, "Your sign says requested, not required". The employee proceeded to yell out "We request you wear a mask". Requested means optional. They made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome, so we left. We visited this same store a few of weeks ago and the manager was working and behind the counter without a mask. So, sending mixed messages is not a good idea. We went to another Subway (Henderson has 3 of them), where we were welcomed and helped without our mask. We will not be supporting the Andrews Ave. store any more. If you give me an option to wear or not wear my mask, as a fully vaccinated person, I will choose to go without my mask. If you have signage that says masks required, I will respect your policy and wear a mask. But dont be rude and call customers out, especially in front of other customers, when you dont understand your own signage.
