They gave me a ground beef taco and I was supposed to get chicken taco. I dint realize it thinking that they put it in my wife's order. I lost a dollar. This happened around 4:43

This is for night shift. After 5pm.Food got 4 stars bc when they actually give me the food I ordered, it is great. Do they always screw up my order? Absolutely, yes.Location probably needs updates in their electronics since you have to SCREAM at the screen menu.Probably hiring for night shift management as well considering Everytime I've been there at night, they are extremely unpleasant to say the least and are definitely not worried about time and your order of tacos is lucky to be in individual wrappers.
I wrote a complaint through the app and still haven’t heard back from anyway!! Obviously they don’t check it. I still haven’t received my refund yet for messed up and cold food!!

Ronald F. Greeted our stressful evening with a pleasant attitude, prompt and courteous service! Then once at the window he helped brighten our evening with his bright and comforting smile! Service like that is becoming as hard as trying to find a needle in a haystack nowadays, so when you find it, it makes your meal worth every penny! ????☺️ Oh and one more thing.... can y'all PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE bring the chili cheese burrito back ???? I need it in my life again!

Yeah, I took away the deluxe box for five dollars that Crazy. That only reason I go to Taco Bell.
It took nearly 15 minutes to get our food... that said the food was FRESH and the staff was nice, they just needed a few more folks for a crazy busy lunch rush.

Worst experience and terrible service. Drive through not working, and they were out of EVERYTHING with no apology or forewarning from staff. The kids inside didn’t seem to want to work, and certainly didn’t care. Will Not return. Not surprised if the low ratings.
