I've never encountered a Waffle House where the service and the food weren't good. One of the rare (franchise) gems where there is consistency in friendly staff and good comfort food no matter which state or town you're visiting.
Walked in to be told they only serve online orders. I guess the whole waffle gouse index was just for natural disaster not greed.

We went at 2 in the morning to get food..we had to order online which was no problem..but they messed my order up was suppose to get a waffle and didn't get it..then on top of that the cook was very rude slinging stuff around and I even heard him cuss and all 3 of them looked like they were

Placed order online, arrived, young man asked me, dining in or online order? I said online order, asked him where do I go for online order, he pointed to lady at the cash register, told her my name, she gave me my order. Did not have to wait for my food and the food was amazing. Stopped here on Sunday morning and they were not that busy. Highly recommend!

The food and service was outstanding!! The men's room looked like it wasn't cleaned in more than a week. Otherwise a very pleasant experience.
This place is disgusting!!! They haven’t cleaned the waffle maker drippings and it looks unsanitary. The server took our order and some had to come and ask us about our order 3 times and they are all busy talking about call of duty and drinking and cooking at home or going to Hardee’s and don’t seem to care about their customers. This escalated to a full blown screaming argument and we asked for the manager and she refused to come and speak to us. I eventually yelled at the employees myself and told them I’d like to eat my food in peace and one of the employees yelled back at me and told me there’s the door. I’ve never been to a Waffle House this bad EVER!!! The manager didn’t even seem to care either and just seemed to join in the conversation. This is the most ridiculous and unacceptable behavior of restaurant staff I have ever experienced!!

Won't understand the order properly. Order omelets with veggies. Made with ham 2 times. 3rd time they fixed it, but way over cooked. Tasted burnt and no one even apologized for the mistakes on the order and charged full price for the food.

Menus weren’t just sticky (seemingly a Waffle House trademark) but had actual food stuck to them. One meal’s hash browns were wrong and the other meal was ordered as a bowl, but came out as a sandwich.
