I put in a mobile order at 12:40 and sat in a line that wasn't even moving for about 15 minutes before they came out and told me they were closed, 5 minutes before closing time, and couldn't make the food I had already paid for. Now I have to waste more of my time just to get a refund and figure out where on earth to get food for my wife who is in the hospital. Ridiculous.

I kept it simple, I got the Dave's single burger with fries. The burger was good, as expected. The fries were hot, which was nice.The service was slow. Very slow. They had one person taking orders and filling the orders. And they did it one customer at a time! You couldn't place your order until the person in front of you had theirs filled. Knowing it's lunch time, you think they would prepare better.Honestly, I can only blame myself. Most Wendy's I've been to lately are slow. This was no exception. Why I was expecting anything different is being me - I knew better...

I have many complains as a doordashing the website says the fine room is open u til 10pm or 11pm but they ALWAYS lock the doors early multiple hours early 7:30-8pm! And service at cash register is horrible nobody is never there to assist customers they are more focused on the drive through.

This is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. I've never been to any other Wendy's and spent 30+ minutes in the drive thru. Every single I time come here the line is backed up on one side and no cars or 1 car at the window. They make you pull and wait every time food is never ready or hot. If I could give it no stars I would. The employees do NOT care at all! One even told me everybody is tired and about to get off work which is extremely unprofessional. I don't eat Wendy's half as much since we moved here this Wendy's is horrible. Your are losing business for sure y'all need to do something!

Went inside to get some food, inside needs some TLC. They randomly closed inside at 8pm.on a Friday and didn't let anyone inside. My 4 year old had to potty right after we ordered and dropped food off inside car. Worker laughed at us when I said she had to use potty. Won't come

I'm not normally inclined to write reviews of fast food restaurants... I mean, you sort of know what the you're getting into, yeah? But while sitting in the parking lot eating our hot crunchy salty French fries after chatting with the window staff about our puppy and the cake I'd baked for Christmas in my lap.... I said.... You know what? I think i will! When my husband unwrapped his Dave's Double, it looked like someone had done a photo shoot for the perfect fast food hamburger. My ghost pepper chicken sandwich with spicy chicken patty was actually spicy! Hallelujah! Thanks for a really nice fast food experience, Wendy's!
Genuinely confused at how I was convinced to eat here after my last experience. They're always out of things, super slow and rude. They didn't give us any sauce for our nuggets, or straws for any of our drinks, I have cold fries and cold nuggets. On the positive side they remembered to put meat on my burger this time. If you need to go to Wendy's do yourself a favor and go to literally any other store in town or go to the next town.
