I've been there on occasions and I've been able to change checks but according to the store manager she can't change it for me. I ask her for an explanation and she just tells me that since she doesn't know me she can't change it for me. Super rude to customers, arrogant, rude, I don't know how. They have people like that working in their business, according to what they told me, they were family, but they have no reason to treat people like that.

I come to this store often, because I buy their pan dulce and conduct money transfers to my family in Mexico at least once a month, the staff is rude, the service is poor, I thought they just didn't like me, but I have heard the same from other Hispanic people that visit this store, it's a shame that we cannot be kind to each other, customer service training or an actual store manager is needed, to improve the service. I rather drive to El Charrito in Dana, they are a lot nicer and make you feel welcome, this place doesn't, I wonder if the owner is aware of the bad attitude the staff has towards the cliental.

Dropping by there a couple of times a month and pick up some spices and their yummy baked goods from their bakery.They are very light and not overly sweet. Wonderful fragrance.
