I have always received amazing service at Chick -fil-A. However this morning I decided to stop in at the Spartanburg Hwy location for the first time. Jordan actually restored my faith in customer satisfaction. I'm here at work now starting off the day in a good mood for the first time in I can't remember when. Fist bump Jordan!!??

They have some very nice people working there, but they mess up the orders very frequently, especially the larger ones. Don’t leave the drive through until you’ve verified yourself that you have your entire order.

Worst experience ever. My husband went there to redeem a reward I sent him which was a free spicy chicken sandwhich. They told him it was expired. My coupon literally says expires 3/31/24. Followed by that, he ordered two spicy chicken deluxes with his own money since apparently my coupon that wasn’t expired was expired to them, 30 seconds after he paid for it (couldn’t have had even time to start preparing the order) he asked them to change one burger to a non spicy since I would be sharing one with my kid , who doesn’t eat spicy food. They made such a huge ordeal about it.. like is it really that hard to just change the Patty on a burger you haven’t even started preparing?!Well, to put a cherry on top, the chicken breast on that burger was the driest , hardest to chew through piece of chicken I’ve ever had in my life. You guys keep it up and you’ll end up like the 2 star McDonald’s on every corner.There is a good reason there are so many 1 star reviews saying this is the worst chick fil a ever.

I love how someone comes and checks in with us at the table a few minutes after we get our food to make sure our order is correct.Parking: Handicap parking is excellent.Wheelchair accessibility: We don't use a wheelchair for my father. The handicap spaces are large, located at the entrance, and it is level.
