I came in on new years day and they had just gotten slammed with 60 orders in a 15 min time frame. They were very polite and doing their best to make everyone happy, especially been dealing with unexpected extended wait times. Pizza was hot and fresh when it came out of the

We ordered pizza for pick up in store, waited the 20 suggested minutes plus, and then came in to pick up the pizza and was greeted by the pizza cook just standing there playing with a piece of cheese an when I said I was here to pick up an order I got snapped at and it seemed to send the workers in a panic? The manager paced throwing a temper tantrum about 2 large 1 topping pizzas like it was the end of the world. It took over an hour for our order to be made. The food has been fine, no problems there. Dominoes seems to be running a child day care center for employees in the store. On top of that, demanding tips from customers is not okay or appropriate. This is a pick up location only, unless you count the one table that employee children are using. To the owner, please modify employee behavior. We like dominoes and live close by. We want to come and purchase our food without feeling unwelcome. Thank you.
