Was greeted promptly upon entry. My order was taken within 2 minutes of being in the store. Great atmosphere for Dominos to have. If I am in the area again I will definitely be stopping by for more food.

Employees with personal drinks on the cut table, employees wearing gloves to use the register and take cash that go back to preparing food without washing hands or changing gloves... Some shifts seem to care more than others, or are at least more aware of what's going on. Regardless, it takes 45 seconds to wash/dry hands properly and personal drinks should not be in a food process area.

The new staff is so much more on top of the pizza and cashing out every Friday when I order for the weekends crew to have for their treat, I build points and make laughs each visit.

If I could give this a 0 star, I would have ordered a pizza for the second time pizza and tracked it for made for over an hour. The first time sadly it's was made hours ago and left under a heat lamp, then delivered to be as a crouton .this last time waited over an hour before calling them about where my pizza. Sadly, this location needs to be shut down or sold off to someone who cares about the business .please don't order a pizza from this location
I gave an overall 2 star rating to be kind. I’ve placed multiple orders over the course of a minimum of 3 years…both delivery and takeout. I can honestly say that the majority of the time there will be an issue: late to fulfill the order, late to deliver the order, or simply the wrong order. I continue to order Domino’s because I like their pizza, but there’s simply almost always something wrong with the order at this location. Unfortunately, this is the only Domino’s near me. I’ve waited for 2.5 hours for pizzas in the past. I hate to leave bad reviews, but this place is a mess.

I placed an order via the app at 2:09. It said pizza would be ready at 2:11 at end of order. I received an email at 2:00 indicating pick up in 9-19 minutes. I got there at 2:10. I didn’t mind to wait a few minutes but my pizza went in the oven at 2:19. 3 employee’s in there, not one apology or explanation. The 2 girls working were rude, barely spoke and the gentleman never said a word. I got my pizza’s at 2:30. Totally ridiculous for 2 medium pizza’s. I will never use this location again.

The delivery took over two hours, I called the store after an hour because the app had said the pizza had been ready for half an hour and not on its way and they said I was the next delivery. Another hour passed and I called again and they, again, said I was the next delivery. I ordered the pizza at 8 pm and it was delivered after 10 pm.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Never order from this Dominos location on Asheville Highway in Hendersonville! After an hour of my order not being delivered, I called and was put on hold numerous times. They told me that it would be 20 more minutes which I’m sure meant the order hadn’t even been prepared when I was told it would be delivered in 20 minutes at the time I placed the order(an hour prior). I was then hung up on when I asked for a refund. I called back to another associate who was very rude and unprofessional. I would advise anyone to avoid this location at all cost.
