Just picked up $25 worth of breakfast from Hardee's....Everything was cold, greasy, coffee is horrible! Years ago the old Hardee's had great food. This new Hardee's SUCKS!!

This location was going downhill fast, I really expected it to close. Seems like they have a new general manager and she seems to expect things to be done and done correctly and that's refreshing in today's world. I hope they keep improving and we'll be back.

Very disappointed today. In to pick up an order. They couldn't find it. Then told it will be a bit. Since he couldn't find order. Then person in back found it. 2 biscuits. 1 being a combo. He puts 2 biscuits in bag walks away. Catch his attention. Said one was a combo, he smarts off that it was 2 biscuits. Throws things around the fryer n then walks out of restaurant. I finally see another mgr. Ask for remainder of my order. She brings drink. I say it's a combo .... she tells server up front that I'm to go thru line. I'd already been there for sometime. I sure won't be back. Restaurant is very poor customer service. No coffee for customers.... shame. Reported issue to my customer too.

This is absolutely the most incompetent Fast food restaurant I have ever seen in my life. If you go through the drive-thru and there's 3 cars ahead of you. They can't receive any more orders for 1520 minutes. Because the 3 in front of you has got them so confused. And discombobulated, they can't function.
