“A pleasant local lunch eatery. You order at the counter and they deliver your food to your table. They offer everything from hot dogs to lobster rolls. Our favorites are the Hendersonville dog and shrimp poboys. If you're looking for a comfortable, pleasant lunch restaurant with really good food, this is it!“
“This is basically a burger joint. For one price you get a burger with two sides. There is a large selection of good sides, such as a corn dog. A few sides cost extra, such as bacon ($1), cheese, tomato (10 cents), and chile. The quality of the meat is very good. Prices are somewhat lower than at BK, Wen..., McD, etc., but the portions are small, especially the sides. They have excellent pricing for seniors. The low prices make it popular with teens.Don't expect gourmet, but do enjoy a good value. The place was very clean and the staff was friendly. Give it a try.Kid-friendliness: Family and gtoup friendly.“
“Love this place, great food, great service, and a very laid back atmosphere. They treat you like family there. If you love local eateries and support mom and pop...this is where you need to eat. They make a mean burger and great breakfast. They make sure you're fed and you leave happy!“
“What a very lovely place to stop and grab an ice cream cone and sit on the big front porch and just enjoy your Ice cream and the cool breeze blown across the porch. Service is great and the ice cream is delicious! I highly recommend the chocolate rasberry truffle.“
“Great atmosphere. Polite, respectful employee at the register. 3 employees that I saw. I was acknowledged before I made it to the register. There was one man in front of me, but the employee took no time to get to me.They ended up with a small rush as I arrived, probably 10 or 12 orders, some people got their food to go, some stayed. Nobody seemed to wait more than about 5 minutes or so. I ordered 2 house special dogs, with slaw, and two onion rings and a sweet tea. I got my drink, sat down, scrolled through my phone for a minute and then my food arrived. The dogs were hot, and tasted great and fulfilling. The bun was a bit toasted and the slaw and chili were great. The onion rings were fresh, tasted great, not too done, not too light, they were scrumptious.Overall, for a TINY yet comfortable little "oddball" restaurant, it was really good, really enjoyable, and I will likely be back.????“
“Its a great place to eat. They have something for everyone in the family. Everything seems to work together and goes pretty steady. I only had one problem where they didn't put everything we ordered in the bag but when I got home and noticed it, I called them and I spoke to the manager and he was really nice and told me I could come back and get it or he could take my name so I could come at another time. When I got there the manager brought out my missing ideas and apologized again. He gave me two coupons for free ice cream for the trouble. Plenty of parking.“
“I thought website prices were too good to be true... they are! Website has inaccurate prices. The "Order Online" 3rd-party website has accurate prices but Hot Dog World couldn't be bothered to update their own website. Then, they charge 59¢ credit card fee, so the "$7.49" combo I came here for ended up costing me $9.55. 5-star ambiance (not fancy, but old skool charming). But enclosed patio smelled like urinal mint. I wanted to get an ice cream cone but did not want to add 30% credit card penalty. Overall, I still loved the place. Wanted to give 5 stars. Just couldn't.“
