We were in the area going to the air museum and we’re starving after. We stopped by to get some hoagies before heading home. They were about to close when we got there, but we were still able to order take away.By far, the best Jimmy John’s hoagies we have ever had! Also, any other location we have been to and have ordered extra hot peppers never give us even a normal amount so thank you for listening!

Gave me the wrong sub. My husband tried to call and they said they would call him back in 5 minutes and never did. They have gave us three wrong orders in the past year. I won't go back and my husband is now going to have to drive up there to get our money back. Take some pride in your job and do better!!!

Went here yesterday and man! Everyone working here seemed so angry and miserable. Looked like everyone there just got out of a big fight or serious talk. As I stood at the register ready to order I felt like everyone behind the counter ignored me for a bit. Girl sweeping just started at me not saying welcome or someone will be right with you. A guy came up with a very straight face and was like 'Can I help you' - Ofcourse I'm there to be helped! I'm there to order a sandwich. Almost felt like I was a nuisance at that time. Great customer service would have been him approaching with a smile and ask me 'are you ready to order or what would you like to order'. And end with a thank you. And then the guy seemed more annoyed when I asked for a napkin that wasn't by the tea's with his sarcastic answer. Customer service with miserable employees can be a big turn down to ever return. I wish I could have just canceled my order and walked out. Unfortunately I already paid.

I did a catering order of 18 mini subs to feed 9ish people for $35. I got some turkey, some BLT, and some veggie. They were all good. Nothing amazing, but typical sub sandwiches. The order was ready on time and nicely packed in a sturdy box.

We usually order with no problem from them at least 2-3 times a month but we have tried to call several times for 2 weeks to order! They never answer the phone. I tried ordering online and we never received our meal but was charged on our credit card.

For about a month every time we try to call in they never answer their phone love their sandwiches but lately are sandwiches. are wrong so I go to call them they still never answer their phone I usually order on line but when they have a notice in red saying no on line order to call in well you call no answer one time we kept calling still no answer well we ordered last time and our sandwiches were made all wrong so tried to call of course no answer so last night I wrote on a paper every thing that was wrong the last time and what we would like our Oder free well they wouldn’t do it as it was not reported he asked them why they don’t answer their phone they said their phones were broke so when he got home and told me I called from 6 pm (having been manager in fast food myself I know how things run) so I knew someone would answer just before closing I talked to. the manager she was very rude to me and I told her I felt we should of had our order free she said no that I had to report it so it’s on the computer I said how can I when you don’t answer your phone I asked her what her name was and she said she would not give it to me oh yeah I told her our order tonight was wrong so I told her I was going to call corporate and said goodnight and hung up the phone

From the first sub I ever ordered to the awesome staff all great !!!Parking: Parking is tight but I have always found a place to park.Dietary restrictions: Fresh baked bread and all toppings equally fresh, what else is there?!
