$6.25 for the smallest single scoop of ice cream I've ever paid for. I asked if it was a kiddie cone. Only got dirty looks back from the useless staff. Unless you can't resist going for the "name brand", there are many better options.Based on the owners response, an apology but not really... I get that you justify a "premium price for a premium product". However, I went there with a group of 8. Most of us got a single scoop. My scoop was significantly smaller than all the others. I even held it up to the others and asked if I got the kiddie size. The response was only an eye roll. Maybe you should do some training. Just a thought.

A Chocoholic's heaven. The good news is you don't have to die to get here. Seriously, they have a great selection of all types of chocolate, fudge, and ice cream. Very friendly staff that is very patient with all of your questions. A must-see place when in town.
Stopped by for an apple and fudge the worker was super helpful. Everything was delecious.

Little bit overpriced but worth it! Strawberry chunk is amazing so is choco chip cookie doe :)) Highly recommended, no dyes, tasted real.

Really disappointing. Disappointed that the cordials and buckeyes were flavorless. Disappointed that the employee repeatedly handled my chocolates ($30 worth) with bare hands. Chocolate strawberries were ok, as was the caramel apple. Usually Kilwin’s is a reliable treat, but I won’t be back to this one. Better off supporting a local small business.
