It's McDonalds! Not as fast or clean as I like because I want to order with a person, not the app or screen. But it didn't seem to help because if you ordered on the app, you still had to wait for someone to give it to you... Food was as expected service was as good as can be expected from people being squeezed by a corporation.

The drivethru on Hendersonville road is awful. It needs either more employees or better management. Sometimes no one comes to drive thru at all and folks just sit there. Give these people some help so they aren’t making customers wait for forever. It’s fast food.

Jimmy G provides the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time! That young man deserves some major recognition. I’ve very rarely had a positive experience at this location before meeting Jimmy in the drive thru line. His kindness and positivity are so refreshing!

I mean , it's Mcdonald's, so I went through the drive-through, and I got myself some fries and shake , and of course, it was delicious. I don't often get fast food. So it was a bit of a treat. The staff was friendly and I got the order fast.

I go to this place almost every morning for breakfast. I get 2 burritos. I ALWAYS make sure i ask for sauce. They have NEVER given me any sauce. My boyfriend went the other day by himself and ordered my burritos and he asked for HOT sauce and they gave him ONE mild. For TWO burritos?? Y’all need to train better. I’ve worked at mcdonald’s from 14-16 and we NEVER ran like that. Very crazy.
