The only decent thing about our experience was we did get the polite waitress. The other waitress on duty was an absolute horror to just about every customer we heard her interact with. She acted annoyed to be there doing her job. She was extremely rude to the elderly couple sat behind us. We all ordered the chicken Alfredo. Bad idea. It was spaghetti noodles in what tasted like hot milk. There was zero flavor. Most people around us complained about their food while we were there. We heard the waitress and manager on duty speak terribly to customers. Basically saying the bad food was just the “norm” and not their issue.

This restaurant is pretty inconsistent. ive had several experiences and they arent all bad but more bad then good. My first experience was last year and our server gave us a 16" pizza instead of the 18" and instead of offering compensation for his mess up he just charged us for the smaller pizza and said we could buy breadsticks with the savings.Last experience was today. i ordered an 18" cheese pizza and 12 garlic knots. i got there and was given my knots and told the pizza had a few minutes so i waited. the bartender (also togo person) goes in the kitchen having a conversation in my opinion one that shouldnt be discussed with the door open and customers able to hear; my pizza get boxed and placed in front of her and i stand there waiting as shes just talking until she finally brings my pizza over. By the way the garlic knots are like a round ball of dough with raw garlic thrown on them and cheese placed in melted butter.

BEWARE of this place!!! READ THE FULL REVIEW AND MAKE NOTE OF THESE THEIVING SCAMMERS!!!We went in and sat down. The waitress came over and was quite obnoxious about our seating ourselves when there was no sign stating to wait for a hostess. She was very brash and complained the entire time we were there about how this was her day off but she was actually there working her 4th double in a row. It was quite obvious she had been in some sort of altercation as she had a few bruises and cuts on her face. She was a very rough individual. No custo.er service or social skills at all. Two other parties came in and left fir lack of service while we were there and she made snide comments to the other server working that day.The food was very, very terrible. The lasagna was literally made without any spice in the sauce. Plain tomato sauce right out of a can. I guess they thought the Italian spice they shared out of the bottle onto the to would suffice as seasoning. The ranch dressing for the salad was basically white colored water with no flavor and there was lettuce well past the expiration date so it was basically inedible.On top of the most miserable meal we have ever been served that we left uneaten, they literally added nearly $20 to the amount they submitted to the bank even after we put the total on the slip and signed it. Now our bank is having to request the paper copy of the receipt to correct the false charges.I THINK THESE REVIEWS SHOULD HAVE RED STARS WITH NEGATIVE RATINGS BECAUSE A 1 STAR RATING IS GIVING THEM FAR TOO MUCH CREDIT!

The pizza offerings in this town are poor. Mike's is OK, but man could you spare a few more slices of pepperoni? It doesn't need to be crust to crust carpeted, but at least make it look better visually.We also ordered a supreme, which was tasty but still shy on toppings. The pepperoni stromboli was just as wimpy as the pizza.
The food was excellent for presentation and taste. The service was very good and the restaurant was clean.

We had a great visit there today. And some of the best pizza I’ve had since I moved to the south.The man who seated us was I think the owner. He was great, friendly and attentive.I will definitely be looking forward to going back there.
