1, my coleslaw was frozen as you can see for yourself,2. my fries was cold, 3.the food was over cooked and also a choke hazard. The only good thing was my waitress so I gave her a good tip she tried to offer me something else but I refused it was clear they were short staffed only two people working in the kitchen. But that is no excuse for the poor quality of food and presentation the restaurant wasn't even crowded and I still had to wait 20 minutes to get a table.Don't bother sending me a message it's clear that everyone here gets the same message when you complain."Kuddos to the cook and manager for this review"

We decided to order take out and I got the chicken strips meal and my husband got the chicken nachos appetizer. The chicken nachos were good but in my meal they only gave me 3 small chicken tenders. The mashed potatoes were good, but the chicken strips had a bad aftertaste to them. I would not order from there again.

Food had to be sent back due to smash burgers came out like a meatball. On bun. Food should not have been sent out like that. Looked like thrown together. My wife ask for no onions on hers due to health reason so first burger had to be remade, second burger came out like meatball so she sent it back. But the third burger was made right. I ate mine cause I was hungry. But I wish I had sent my back to.

Food is sub par, service was trash. My burger came out cold, overcooked and dry as hell. Gross. The picture is of to go mac and cheese. Bland noodles sprinkled with shredded cheddar. Standards have dropped, wont be going back..

Abby was absolutely wonderful!!!!! We stopped in on our way back from the beach and were a little skeptical as we read some recent reviews online but were completely satisfied with everything from start to finish. Abby is a great server with a great personality, very attentive and gave us great recommendations. She took the time to answer any questions about the menu and as a party of 8 I'm sure we could be overwhelming but she took everything in stride and never missed a beat. Our food was very fresh and came out surprisingly quick. I would and will recommend this for anyone coming or going!!!!!Parking: Love the reserved spots for purple heart recipientsKid-friendliness: With 6 kids ranging from 5 to 18 no complaints definitely love the kids menu fun games with some educational information

We were traveling from out of town and wanted a nice meal, not fast food. We walked in and were seated right away. We had a very nice waitress. She was covering our area and the bar. She was very tentative. She kept our tea glasses full. We split the two porkchop meal. My husband had a side salad and we really enjoyed the mashed sweet potatoes. We had a piece of key lime pie. It was half frozen, but I think it tasted better that way. The rolls were so good!

The waitress was great. But...when we first got there they're was lots of tables and we were told it was going to be 15 to 20 minute wait. But nothing of there fault they just didn't have enough staff to get the job done. Now that's sad, with lots of people standing on the street corners begging for money, not wanting to put in an honest days work. Now that's really sad especially knowing that there's plenty of jobs. Anyway got seated and mom's food was pretty good but mine was mediocre but didn't leave hungry!

Four of us went to this huge restaurant as my grandson wanted Ribs on his first day back from camp. We made a bad error in choosing this place. It certainly looked promising with a spacious dining room and a varied restaurant menu. Two of the four dishes arrived in an edible state, and the bartender who made us to Margaritas which were small but quite nice, ended up delivering the food as a runner. As I said two of the four plates were edible, and the other two, a rib and steak combo and a steak entree were so far off mark, that they shouldn’t have been served at all. Both steaks were cooked nicely, with proper cross marks on one side, but the opposite side was served pale gray and raw. Both steaks the same and the cook should have turned in his grilling permit! The ribs on one of the plates was over cooked, refrigerated and recooked beyond being edible. The waitress, upon us asking for a check asked if everything was ok, and peered down on our uneaten plates, asking if we wanted to wrap it up…we laughed. We don’t understand how such a large restaurant can stay open. Perhaps this was an off night but we won’t be back ever.Shame on the manager who saw two uneaten plates with uncooked steaks (obviously) and uneaten ribs not to at least question what had happened. We didn’t ask for any compensation, and left the waitress a 20% gratuity . Hope if you go you have a better experience!

The waitress was an amazing help with food and drinks but when it came to quality, I think it would be best to say that the plate was better warmed than the food all around the table. For how empty the restaurant was I wouldn't think that the food was rushed at all but that's what it seemed like. I ordered the swishroom burger in high hopes of eating my favorite burger but the best part of it was the toothpick holding it all together. cheese was NOT melted at all. The onions were... flat? The mushrooms was not sizzling or Cajan but they were over cooked and stale. The fries were on point with the McDonald's quality but the burger seemed like it came out of a great value box. Slammed beef wasn't really the description here. Kudos to the cook on making it to the review! drinks all round but maybe not the burger, sorry champ.
