I would have gave them a zero if I could we waited an hour for appetizers and an additional 40 minutes for our main course the service was terrible we did not get refills on our drinks after waiting almost 2 hours our meal came out to around $140 for 5 people and i would not pay a dime for the food we received it was horrible made half of our party sick. My uncle who eats everything couldn’t physically eat his food.

The past couple of times I have got food from here...it has been horrible. Today the broccoli and chicken was burned. I will not be returning. I use to only go here to get my teriyaki chicken..but I guess I'll have to find a new place.

It's dinner time and there's nobody here to make sushi. I came here specifically for sushi. This isn't the first time this happened. I will never come backThere was a black hair in my daughters food. The steak was chewy and I barely got any of the vegetables I ordered extra with my hibachi steak.

I absolutely love Sakura; the food is always fabulous, and the service is always great every time I’ve gone. The only problem is this restaurant has the most annoying hours. Online it says they’re open New Year’s Day and MLK day and then we find a written sign on the door that says they’re closed. I call on mlk day and they say they are open on a voicemail. Communicate better to your customers please
We looked forward to dining here for sushi. The food was pretty good. The poor lone server was tending 9+ tables and takeout orders. This is possibly not within control of the restaurant but there were tables on either side of us playing video games. We might return for takeout.

Been trying to order food from here for days and they seem to closed everyday. Does anyone know why?
Food had black bits off the dirty grill. Sent food back and said take it off the check the manager tried to tell me I ate all of it cause I took two bites and pushed food around trying to figure out if it was just the first bite or all of it gross. The service is always slow first time having horrible food.

steak was overcooked 40% of it was fat and the teriyaki they cooked it in tastes old. Then the crab ragoons were also burnt eh I would say its a pretty bad getting home with the food and trying to eat

This place used to be decent. Tonight my food came out and was literally cold, like out the fridge cold. I sent it back and they brought it out and told me they microwaved it. It was disgusting. The. Charged me full price for it. The portions have also been cut in half and price is the same. My chicken tasted like it was canned chicken. I used to come here all the time. Such a shame. Nasty nasty nasty. Microwaved my food!
