Ordered lunch today as it was recommend by a co worker for their sandwiches. Was thrilled they had a Reuben as they are hard to find lately. I asked about the soups but neither really took my interest so I just ordered the sandwich and chip. When I got there the owner had put in a cup of soup for me on the house. Super nice of him. Although I'm not a huge fan of chicken noodle soup I will say it was delicious and the sandwich was perfect. Will definitely be back! The food was only surpassed by the service

Best Reuben I've ever had in my life. They are nice people though usually short on wait staff so be patient, the food is worth it.Kid-friendliness: Good place for kids. They get a rice krispie or cookie with meal.

I consider myself to be somewhat of a connoisseur of the sandwich arts. I love sandwiches and with no exaggeration I tell you that the Marvelous Marvin was the BEST sandwich I’ve ever eaten. It was glorious. We stumbled across this place randomly on the way from Greenville to Roanoke. We stopped for lunch and I’m glad we did. The service was kind and attentive. We were promptly and warmly welcomed at the outdoor table we’d chosen and our dog was presented a large bowl of ice water almost immediately. The atmosphere had all the charm and character you’d hope to find and I can’t recommend this place enough. Thanks for lunch!! We’ll be back.Parking: Parking was easy and convenient.

Excellent lunch spot! Food is delicious and fresh. We had the Cream of Potato soup (so good we each had second cups of it!) My husband had the Rueben - delicious- and I had a BLT. Everything was excellent. Very busy place - only open 11am to 3pm. Closed Sunday and Monday.Definitely worth a visit.Pet friendly on the sidewalk out front. Brings water for the dogs which is a nice touch. ?
