Yes we just left Waffle house. Can't believe what happened!great people, great food, great service. We're not from here and got ready to pay bill and card wouldn't function. Shout out to Chris for offering to pay for our food (people he just met! )There are still good people in this world. He and Kate are wonderful human beings. May God send many blessings their way ?.
After Denny's on Four Seasons yet again dropped the ball on our online order, we sat in their parking lot and placed an online order for Waffle House #1651 on Sugarloaf Rd. Order was hot and ready before pick up time!! Staff was polite & friendly! Got home and our entire order was correct! Thank you Waffle House!
Worst restaurant experience ever. Waitress took for ever to take my family’s order. When she came to the table she didn’t write anything down. She brings us the wrong drinks to start with then when we ask for the drinks we ordered the attitude comes out from her. Then food comes and it’s all wrong. When we tell her it’s not correct she gets a bigger attitude and tells us she’s busy and to deal with it and if we don’t like it go to Dennys it’s right down the road. Why we were talked to like trash when we were not even upset because we do understand it was busy and people make mistakes blows my mind. Hopefully Denny's will enjoy my money!

Waffle House has gone down and it's customer service and in its food. It's really only something put in your stomach and keep the hunger away service sucks food is mediocre . I went there Thursday morning January 18th 2024 at 10:00. I ordered a coffee and a waffle. Four people in the restaurant including me. They serve the guy behind me. He got his breakfast half eaten still no waffle. He asked for more coffee still no waffle. I said just cancel the order. That's when Mrs New York went ballistic on me. Hollering and screaming. at me . Calling me names. Telling me to get out. Go away. Don't come back. Say nobody likes you. A very bad experience. Never did get a waffle. The guy behind me ate his breakfast I was still waiting. So I cancelled. Too much trauma. Screaming and yelling at me. What the hell did I do ?

The food is okay the service is very very lacking. When I went into the waffle house this morning at 10:00 on Sugarloaf road in Hendersonville I was holler at screamed at called names told to get out don't ever come back nobody likes you. All I did is ask for a waffle and some coffee and Miss New York she talks with a New York accent said all that to me screaming and hollering and well she didn't cuss that's all that's the only thing she didn't do. It was very very bad. I asked for a waffle and they couldn't even deliver that. Me and another man order at the same time he received his order and was half finished his milk and they still didn't have my waffle and they were only four customers in the store and I was one of them. She was completely ugly with me I should sue for defamation of character everybody in the store heard it. He said everybody nobody likes you. Very very ugly experience. She needs somebody to control her I may just sue her and waffle House.

Busy but staff and cooks operated like well oiled machine. Friendly and checked on me inspite of how busy it was. Food was hot.
We had a wonderful visit. They were completely slammed but were overly nice and very attentive to all of our needs. My cuppa coffee was never empty and our server was never without a smile.

This Waffle House is the place to be in Hendersonville After Hours!!! Great friendly service, a couple dancing to the music, patrons talking and enjoying each other's company - like a sober nightclub with lots of fellowship, dancing, socializing, and just the best food. Wow! And available 24 hours. Hog heaven. -:)Had a chicken bacon sandwich and a super-delicious pecan waffle - which set me up perfectly for a good night's rest and a hike to a 6000 foot peak the next day.This Waffle House is essential to the Western North Carolina mountains experience. This is true civilization unavailable in Yankee land where I normally live - though I am a native Ashevilian, born and raised here.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
